Zak excels at understanding a learner driver and when a person needs to be pushed to learning someone and when gradual integration is needed to new driving techniques. When I started with Zak I was timid and not at all confident in my driving ability. I also suffer from stress anxiety attacks thay can be triggered when under stress and cause me to become fatigued and shaken and Zak was aware of this and consistently motivated me to have more confidence but would always tell me areas I need to improve in driving so I can develop. Now I am a confident driver and hopefully a good one at that and I'm at the point that I purchased my own car a month ago and drive thay regularly (within the legalities that the law allows me on a learner permit).
