was told an instructor would be in contact in 48 hours it took a week. said on Wednesday he would confirm times with me by Friday didn’t message until i chased this up Sunday night. Agreed I would start 8 am on a Monday. Monday rolls around and I message around 8.25 as he hasn’t turned up- he apologised and explained he’d been busy which was understandable so we rescheduled for Friday 7am. Friday rolls around and I don’t get a text until nearly 8 explaining and asking to reschedule again. I understand things happen to let it go the first time but it’s just unprofessional to have people waiting without warning. it’s been nearly a month since i paid for 10 hours and i’ve had 0.

Had a driving instructor who at first was fine we did our lessons I felt like I was progressing, I had paid £70 for my next 2 hour lessons and he ghosted me said he would pay me back then just started ignoring my messages. Customer service is absolutely useless go somewhere else if you’re looking for lessons.

I learned driving with an instructor called Ramzan from Bill plant. He didn't prepare a proper lesson plan for my test which I informed him 2 months ago, and did mention him few times. He was usually 2-5m late and finished the lesson 5-10m earlier, so basically, after 40 hours with him, he took 80 minutes at least from what I paid . Without a proper lesson plan, I couldn't get ready for the test and had to cancel the test.

All the bad reviews on here and on reviews.io speak for themselves. Don’t think your experience will be different. They’re as unprofessional in the office as their driving instructors are on the road....
All the bad reviews on here and on reviews.io speak for themselves. Don’t think your experience will be different. They’re as unprofessional in the office as their driving instructors are on the road. The lady on the phone sounds like a zombie. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. Also instructors can be as late as they want, you the customer will be charged for cancelling a lesson as long as the driver shows up regardless of how late he is. Read the terms and conditions and don’t expect common sense from anyone at bill plant.

You have an instructor with aggression issues who just instigated a physical fight between his student and a mother that had her child with her. The mother merely horned for attention and your instructor jumped out being very rude and allowed his student to get out and go and physically assault the women. I have seen other reviews of this guy on google about his aggression too. There is cctv footage of everything which will be circling through social media and the news. Is this now how driving is being taught? Road rage included free of charge with lesson?

Paid £99 for 5 hours, but only ever recieved two of them, instructor cancelled on me 4 times. Even telling me that her mum had died. Which turned out to be a lie. Contacted customer services who did nothing. So basically its ok to lie and steal from your customers. Absoloute joke

Had a driving instructor who at first was fine we did our lessons I felt like I was progressing, I had paid £70 for my next 2 hour lessons and he ghosted me said he would pay me back then just started ignoring my messages. Without a proper lesson plan, I couldn't get ready for the test and had to cancel the test.

You have an instructor with aggression issues who just instigated a physical fight between his student and a mother that had her child with her.
