I’ve had 3 driving instructors during the time I’ve been learning to drive, and Richard is by far the best one I’ve had.
There’s no messing about with him — he gets straight to the point, explains things clearly, and doesn’t waste time babbling on. He always made me feel at ease from the start and he’s genuinely such a nice guy, which makes a massive difference when you’re learning.
Richard was great at spotting my bad habits and helping me fix them, while keeping me on track and giving me the confidence I needed. Honestly, if it wasn’t for him believing in me and pushing me in the right direction, I don’t think I would’ve passed.
What I respected most is that when I was waiting for my test (and it ended up being a long wait), he didn’t try to get extra money out of me. He didn’t push me into booking more 2-hour lessons just for the sake of it, because I genuinely didn’t need them. I know other instructors who would’ve happily kept taking the bookings, so that says a lot about him.
Couldn’t recommend Richard enough — if you want someone who’s calm, honest, and actually wants you to pass, he’s your guy.

Just passed my driving test today. I am so happy and excited! Richard is so helpful, responsible, technical, patient and friendly. And always on time!!!! (My former instructor was always late). I wad so glad to learn driving from him because he made me aware of the dangers we could cause on the road and made me really know how to drive safely. So everyone, highly recommend Richard.

I had Glen for a pretty intensive course and he was such an amazing instructor! (Ignore the other review about him).
Really knew his stuff and was quick to point out where other instructors were going wrong! Good humoured and relaxed but very thorough and patient, and I passed second time (didn't fail by much the first though). Really enjoyed my time with him!

Gives you access to a theory test revision site that I used and I got 50 out of 50 on that and passed 1st time on practical! 100% RECCOMEND learning with Richard

I’ve had 3 driving instructors during the time I’ve been learning to drive, and Richard is by far the best one I’ve had.
There’s no messing about with him — he gets straight to the point, explains things clearly, and doesn’t waste time babbling on. He always made me feel at ease from the start and he’s genuinely such a nice guy, which makes a massive difference when you’re learning.

Really knew his stuff and was quick to point out where other instructors were going wrong! Good humoured and relaxed but very thorough and patient, and I passed second time (didn't fail by much the first though). Really enjoyed my time with him!
