Having followed this instructor on a lesson I'm appalled. Clearly taking someone onto a 70mph carriageway who is not ready or capable. One minute the driver was nearly mounting the curb and the next swerving over and across to the other lane causing other cars in this lane to break to try avoid. At no point did this instructor ask the driver to pull over when there were several opportunities. I have never seen such unsafe, dangerous driving under the instruction of an instructor. No way would I be happy about someone I know being in that car. The person taking the lesson should not have been taken onto such a big busy road. The instructor put other road users at risk allowing this continue for such a distance. I had to sit behind them as I was too concerned to attempt to overtake in the second lane due to them swerving and was amazed at how bad and how long the instructor let this go on for. If I had done this on one of my lessons my instructor would have asked me to pull over when safe. Not that I did do this as he didnt take me on a dual carriageway until I was competent enough to drive safely. Weve all been learners, we all start somewhere and on smaller quieter roads. This instructor clearly cant gauge when it's safe to progress to busier roads. Read Less

After learning with another instructor which was coming more erratic for lessons and not structured at all I swapped to Mark. I am so glad I made the change, Mark is highly qualified and very calming ensuring you get the most out of lessons and with structure to lessons. Mark was always on time, I didn't have to wait weeks between lessons and the car was always in great condition. I passed with Mark and without his teaching I would still be funding another instructor to go through the motions. I highly recommend Mark Hall, great guy and excellent instructor. Read Less
