Apalling company aviod completely. Paid deposit, never got as much as a confirmation email. I called the following week to be told "you're outside our area so we've cancelled and refunded your money". Apparently couldn't get hold of me despite having my number and email address. Nearest area is Birmingham which I was quite happy to commute to as I figured we would have to travel to them anyway so not sure why my address matters. Asked why I can't just proceed as planned in Birmingham to be told "we can't book tests anyway nobody can so you can't book with us", yet website still allows you to book and pay online. strange how DVLA are now allowing test rebooking post covid, I've had emails saying I can rebook a driving test but 'Surepass' can't book them.
