I honestly can’t thank Paul enough for everything he’s done for me. From my very first lesson, he was so patient, calm, and reassuring, and he always took the time to explain things in a way that made sense. He never made me feel rushed or judged, even when I made mistakes, and that really helped me build my confidence. You can tell Paul genuinely wants the best for everyone he teaches. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re ready, not just to pass your test but to become a safe and confident driver. I really couldn’t have asked for a better driving instructor, and I feel so lucky to have had him helping me through the whole journey. The company has been brilliant too. Everyone has been so friendly, supportive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Everything has been well organised, and they’ve always been happy to help with any questions or changes. I would highly recommend Jason Taylor automatic driving instructor He is patient,helpful,calm,friendly, and so supportive Jason makes the first lesson so enjoyable and relaxed. i really appreciated his clear straight forward guidance & explanations which made me remember them. even when he gave me constructive criticism /feed back it was done without me feeling stupid or stressed. Jason was supported which gave me the confidence to improve and pass Jason calmly explains manurers and skills needed to drive in a relaxed but professional environment. he is easy to talk too and ask questions if needed too. Don’t waste your time with (instructor) Chris lister. He completely knocked my daughter’s confidence, made her feel like she couldn’t drive and just would never be able to progress as he didn’t let her. She had 27 lessons with Chris and didn’t even go over 30mph, touch on roundabouts, barely went on a main road and worse of all didn’t even exceed past 3rd gear. She didn’t have a clue how to go into 4th gear as hadn’t been taught, because Chris was too busy obsessing over small techniques and perfecting. She spent 11 driving lessons at the same junction for the full hour of the lesson in the same small housing area. Whilst he obsessed over how her hands were placed when turning the wheel! How ridiculous honestly 1000 pounds wasted on this crap. She described him as being irritable, huffing and puffing, taking deep breaths, using phrases as “you just aren’t understanding/getting this” whilst taking a deep breath. She seemed to spend the duration of the lesson moving metres down the road at 10pmh before him pulling her over into the side and criticising her. Many times she would also arrive back of the lesson not even driving!! Chris driving the car!! What learning is that? She claimed this also happened often. If I wanted my daughter to be drove round the same 3 streets near home I’d have just done it myself!! She came off every single lesson in tears and was in tears before every single lesson. I don’t know what I’ve been paying for to be honest because it just seems like an absolute mess. Surely a learner driver needs to build confidence, get a feel of the car and general driving, situations your going to meet and actual experience before fussing over correcting small techniques like he was how is that beneficial in anyway? He also seemed to have a habit of being late for lessons or turning up for lessons at the wrong place and then me being fined even though having evidence of my daughter telling him the location him just getting it wrong. He also claimed that his car was regularly broke at least once a month messaging 5 minutes before lessons letting her know that where the other way round she’d be charged or even one time letting her know 6 minutes into the lesson whilst she’d been stood at the door waiting. I don’t understand how this okay? Or how if his cars that prone to “breaking” is it safe or even legal to be used for learner drivers.I had completely had enough and got another instructor to asses my daughters driving and they told me it seemed as she’d had 10 or less driving lessons from her experience. How ridiculous when she’d almost had double that!!!!!! She’s now carried on with this instructor who after 3 lessons has taken her on test routes, to Driffield, hull and even completing roundabouts and reversing when my daughter couldn’t even get in 4th gear with Chris and the issue Chris fussed about for 11 lessons and I spent £400 on was resolved on the first lesson was the new instructor. I’m disgusted and dissapointed by his work and think he needs to worry about what’s really important. Read Less
