Easy to find and excellent staff. Odd rule about not being able to take water in (I have in other Pearson venues), but other than that, all good.

My son came to take his CSCS card test today and found the lady on the front desk to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to the small amount of test slots it was booked a while ago and he forgot...
My son came to take his CSCS card test today and found the lady on the front desk to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to the small amount of test slots it was booked a while ago and he forgot to bring his ID so we had to rush home to get it. When we returned 5 minutes late we asked if he could still take the test and finish at the allocated time that he should have finished if we didn't have to rush home. We got a very stern rude no, when I asked why not all she said was that he would fail the test and that she was going to put an incident form in. I'm not sure what the incident form was for? The forgotten ID?. My son has now wasted his money and has to wait longer to get a job. Not good at all Pearson professional test centre

Very well organised all measures put in place for covid19 friendly staff but just one thing when doing my citb cscs test was my name was spelled incorrectly I asked if that would effect my card in any...
Very well organised all measures put in place for covid19 friendly staff but just one thing when doing my citb cscs test was my name was spelled incorrectly I asked if that would effect my card in anyway and could it be changed but I was told be the staff it would be OK just something for you to check when doing any tests

My son came to take his CSCS card test today and found the lady on the front desk to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Due to the small amount of test slots it was booked a while ago and he forgot to bring his ID so we had to rush home to get it.
