What a great company!! I called to schedule an instructor for my mom, who is 77 years young and hasn’t driven in over 20 years. The gal that answered the phone only spoke Spanish, and I only speak English, so I ended up hanging up. Three minutes later, I got a call from the instructor, Donny, who speaks English. I was so impressed that she had Donny call me back when I didn’t even give her my number. They just dialed the last number that called them. Great customer service!!! My mom lives in Yuma. Donny goes to Yuma once a month. We arranged for him to give my mom a refresher course yesterday. My mom was very nervous and way outside her comfort zone. She didn’t really want to do it, but due to my dad being in a memory care facility, she knew she had to try. After spending 2 hours with Donny, my mom was so excited, and she had her confidence back. He was able to make her feel comfortable, and he was so patient and compassionate with her. She wouldn’t stop talking about how nice Donny is and what a great experience it was. She even thanked me for arranging it. I never thought that would happen!! I talked to my mom today and she drove to visit my dad!! She had a friend with her for support, but the fact that she drove is a miracle. I can’t thank PALS Driving Institute, and especially Donny, for making that possible. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Is there any one there that speaks english as well? Even though I'm hispanic I have a hard time communicating in Spanish but I can understand it perfectly. Every time I call some lady answers and if I don't speak Spanish to her over the phone she hangs up on me or tells me not to call there any more. Can management help I need to get my drivers license. Can't even say enough good things about our experience with PALS Our son has some delays and the instructor was so kind and patient with him.
