Horrible communication, told me on the phone office was closed Saturday Sunday to come in during the week so we did to get my son’s permit signed. Showed up and no one was in office called over a dozen times. Finally got an answer and she had an attitude like if we weren’t inconvenience to her. She was so unprofessional. We used Alpha Driving School for my daughter's driver training. My daughter asked for a female driver and Debbie was chosen as her instructor. Debbie was patient and thorough. My daughter passed her driver test with flying colors thanks to Debbie and the folks at Alpha Driving School I highly recommend the School for anyone who needs driver education! The lady instructor was very nice my son liked her. The owner Debra has always been apologetic too. This said the instructor turned up later every lesson and came back early. I dont think they kept one orginal lesson date, they cancelled and rearranged everyone to the point the last 2 we said refund them. This driving school is HORRIBLE & DISHONEST !!!! She lied saying that I did great and I would pass the driving test . I called in about my results and how I did the lady on the phone tells me I didn't do good and scored me at a -3. These people will try and get more money out of you . If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Beware if you make an appointment 2 months ahead expect them to call and change the appointment. The first driving time they changed the time the morning of, luckily we didn't have anything planned. After my sons first session I asked the gentleman how he did he said, "best first driving instruction I have had you and your husband did good and I think he only needs one more session ." The night before his second session they called to cancel his session for the same reasons they changed his time the first time. My husband and I were not happy since we had to rearrange what we were going to do for his driving time. The owner and wife of the first instructor, was yelling and even hung up on my husband. Today they came and pick my son up for his second two hour session he came home a little after an hour. He informed me the instructor criticize him for everything he did and asked him to go back to the office. The owner informed him that he was not listening and being dangerous and the instructor didn't want to continue and they had the same complaint from his previous instructor, yes the one above who told me how wonderful my son did and only thought he needed one more session. How dare them treat my son that way. If you are mad at the parents don't take it out on the child. He has 3 more hours of instruction time I am thinking I will have to go with him just so they treat him right. Will update when he does his last 3 hours.*****update: to the office manager/owners response: you did not call or email me until today, 12/8/15 one call at 8:28 a.m. and another at 11:35 a.m. I am a teacher and my phone is off during the day so your rude voice message was not appreciated. My son is a B+ student and has never been in trouble at school. After driving with your instructor belittling him and making him feel incompetent he hasn't wanted to drive when before this incident he drove everyday. An instructor is suppose to instruct not belittle their students. My husband again talked to you today and was asked to your office however, we decided why put our son in the hands of people who don't teach their student. Because we believe in our son keep the $199.00 for the three hours of instruction as we are going someplace else who will instruct our son not belittle him. This lady is a slacker!!!! My son took his class back in June, and was supposed to be done with the entire course by October. It is now December and he still has another drive to take. She has canceled 3-4 times on us and has canceled to accommodate another students schedule but will not do the same for mine and expects my son to miss school and that I miss work to accommodate her schedule. I WOULD NEVER refer this place to anyone. It costs a lot of money and then doesn't even deliver as promised. I called to complain about this not being satisfactory to me since I am a paying parent and she laughed at me. How unprofessional of her to treat me that way.
