The front desk lady seems nice never had a bad attitude but the driving instructor which was an old white lady named Rose i believe never gives off a very good impression she had an attitude with my son right away both times he had her. She also complains about the next student and told my son twice the times he had her that she wished he was the last one and hopes the next knows how to drive. This school is supposed to teach them how to drive not expect them to know which is very unprofessional of her if she doesn’t have the time or passion to teach students how to properly drive she should quit her job. The school is very poor and they’ll make you pay if u cancel an appointment even though they had my son waiting for an instructor for over 20 minutes. Some days it smells horrendous in the classroom and the bathroom and ridiculous and disgusting. Overall a 4.5/10 school would recommend another if possible. I would also suggest taking the course online.

Signed up with Safe Pal Driving School. My credit card charge said Kern Driving School. Very deceptive business practices. I called to inquire about behind the wheel lessons. They said they can get me on my first lesson within the week. When I paid they forwarded me to scheduling. Scheduling said first availability is in a month. Asked to get a refund and they said they don't do refunds. Don't do it. Go to a reputable driving school.

This driving school is in extremely poor and unsafe condition. The building has spiders, broken walls, and dirty bathrooms. It’s not a safe or suitable environment for students please review this listing for safety and accuracy and they even charge us 400$ for both they can’t even fix their issues what i said please report this to safety department to their office gets shut down!!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

My daughter got her permit in March, but they couldn't get her first lesson in until May, and she couldn't drive until then. So she sat for 2 months without being able to drive. Tried calling to schedule the last lesson, and they are almost a month after her birthday, and she can't take the test before that. I called multiple times to schedule it, and no one answered. Disappointed with how long it took to schedule lessons. Didn't have a problem getting her into the class to get the money, though. Wish I had gone with someone else.

Very in organized do not give all details when signing up. I signed my son up and him completing the course took longer than expected as life happens I never reviewed a courtesy call a just checking on you call I went in to pay to complete and was to old I would have to pay 179 as well as an additional $150 for his lessons as it was over 6 months also he was never even mailed his certificate of completion when he finished for his permit very unprofessional very unorganized. I do not recommend if rather pay a new school and start all over then give them any additional funds.

READ THE FINE PRINT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It took my daughter 8 months to complete her written training and test and we lost all of our money for the drivers lessons.

I took drivers education and driving training both at Kern Driving and Traffic School. My experience with them was GREAT!!! They taught me the rules of the road, and I Passed my permit test the 1st time. They picked me up for my drivers training and even went on the freeway on my second lesson. I have recommended Kern Driving and Traffic School to all my friends.

They are very helpful and made it very convenient for my son to get his behind the wheel session finished after I had a very very bad experience at the drillers driving school which I will never be going back to....I will definitely be going back to KERN DRIVING AND TRAFFIC SCHOOL for my other son.

I have brought both of my teenagers here for driving school. Though they said it's boring to sit in a class for 4 days, they both passed the permit test on the first try. Also they give clear advice and directions on how to make the trips to the DMV easier and practically pain free!!

The front desk lady seems nice never had a bad attitude but the driving instructor which was an old white lady named Rose i believe never gives off a very good impression she had an attitude with my son right away both times he had her. She also complains about the next student and told my son twice the times he had her that she wished he was the last one and hopes the next knows how to drive. This school is supposed to teach them how to drive not expect them to know which is very unprofessional of her if she doesn’t have the time or passion to teach students how to properly drive she should quit her job. The school is very poor and they’ll make you pay if u cancel an appointment even though they had my son waiting for an instructor for over 20 minutes. Some days it smells horrendous in the classroom and the bathroom and ridiculous and disgusting. Overall a 4.5/10 school would recommend another if possible. I would also suggest taking the course online.

My daughter got her permit in March, but they couldn't get her first lesson in until May, and she couldn't drive until then. So she sat for 2 months without being able to drive. I took drivers education and driving training both at Kern Driving and Traffic School. My experience with them was GREAT!!! They are very helpful and made it very convenient for my son to get his behind the wheel session finished after I had a very very bad experience at the drillers driving school which I will never be going back to....I will definitely be going back to KERN DRIVING AND TRAFFIC SCHOOL for my other son.
