Don’t rely on phone conversation with staff as it leads to misunderstandings and lack of record keeping. Contract expires 9 months after signing and additional fees are required thereafter.

3 different behind the wheel instructors with my son. They spent more time chatting on the phone and doing personal errands than actually teaching him the rules of the road. It's pretty sad when your child is texting you that he is sitting in the car in another parking waiting for the instructor to come out of the store. They were rude and made him uncomfortable. The 2nd of the 3 lessons was the only one he enjoyed. Why pay for 2 hour sessions, expensive, and completely useless just to get a piece of paper for the DMV.

Not quality lessons. Totally inconsistent. They are so short sighted they booked my lessons weeks after another. How am I supposed to learn? They only care about charging but not about actually teaching. They expect you to already know how to drive and only test you at the end. Why not test you since the beginning? Now it's up to me to learn these skills in order to pass my driving test. The car also stenched of cigarette smoke and it was a torture driving with that smell in the car.

My son sat in their class for a week and still didn't pass the written test. Office staff is rude and incompetent. Brad is also quite rude. Read all the small print, they will hold you to it. Wasted our time. I had pay Shafter Driving School another $100 to complete his BTW training. Wish I had used them from the beginning.

My experience with this place is absolutely terrible. Everyone was so rude and confusing. They also STOLE over 200 dollars for me because they don't know how to run a company. Please don't go here.

Don’t rely on phone conversation with staff as it leads to misunderstandings and lack of record keeping. Contract expires 9 months after signing and additional fees are required thereafter.
