Rude instructor, didn’t give any real tips, asked if I spoke English when I asked questions, told me no one asks questions during the lesson. Made me out to feel stupid and incompetent when I was just trying to learn how to drive. Take your business anywhere other than here. I would leave less stars if possible. I’m really disappointed. Refused a refund when I asked because I felt that the lesson wasn’t much of a lesson at all. I will be reporting to the BBB in the days to come. Seriously disappointed. Waste of 200$

Was a bit worried because I saw a few reviews but the instructor was real nice and took his time. He helped us get my last lesson of driving as soon as he could and took me the dmv right afterward. I would definitely recommend!

I passed my driving test but it wasn’t easy to get there. I passed on the first time. I had forgotten my certificate but jimmy helped me to remember and I was able to take my test. Jimmy helped me become a better driver and I am very happy that I passed!! We drove 2 hours before hand so I would have good practice. Jimmy has been helping my family and I for a while now and we thank him!!

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at all with jimmy. He wasn’t nice to my mother and was very rude during the training hours. She knows driving very well, but only to practice the rules and signs for California. I don’t recommend him at all. He should be nice with older people and not hurt their feelings by saying your are old and incapable.

I would request new learners not to go with this school. It is good to pay more fee and have satisfying learning experience. I fell prey to low fee of 100$ and chose this school (Other schools which ...
I would request new learners not to go with this school. It is good to pay more fee and have satisfying learning experience. I fell prey to low fee of 100$ and chose this school (Other schools which i contacted were asking more fee) and only after 10-15 minutes of time spent in lesson, i understood that i have done biggest mistake. The instructor was not interested to tell me anything and was only busy making fun of how i was handling the wheel. Reason that I mistakenly said during telephonic conversation that i had driven car before in my home country. He only would tell me when i ask anything and nothing else apart from that. And I agree with other reviewer on the website, that this guy's english was bad and hard to understand. I felt like I would have driven the same way without instructor.

James was great and easy to schedule an appointment with for my son's first two hours as required to validate the permit. My son enjoyed his training with James and we will be finishing the remaining four hours with him as well.

Extremely rude, arrogant, unprofessional Chinese guy. Took a 100$ lesson. Didnt understand a word he said. Supposed to take me for a DMV test. I am new to Rancho, he took a route to make sure I did not get there on time, resulted in test being rescheduled. He asked me to pay the whole test fees again. I am going with someone else and would never in my life contact this guy again. Probably for a newbie he would make sure you dont get all the instructions and fail your first test. Creepy and weird fellow..STAY AWAY. (I normally dont write reviews, but I am so angry at this guy I took the pain of creating an account and writing this review. Doesnt deserve to run a driving school at least not in the US, and I dont want any one else to go through it)

I passed my driving test but it wasn’t easy to get there. I passed on the first time. I had forgotten my certificate but jimmy helped me to remember and I was able to take my test. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience at all with jimmy. He wasn’t nice to my mother and was very rude during the training hours. She knows driving very well, but only to practice the rules and signs for California. I don’t recommend him at all. He should be nice with older people and not hurt their feelings by saying your are old and incapable.

I would request new learners not to go with this school. It is good to pay more fee and have satisfying learning experience.
