I had a highly unprofessional experience with Instructor "VERONICA". Throughout my lesson, she acted rude, impatient, and irritable. Instead of coaching me through mistakes, she reacted with visible frustration and sighing, which made me feel unsafe and anxious behind the wheel. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and unsafe. Instead of paying attention to the road and helping me navigate traffic, she sat back with her legs crossed and ate snacks the entire time as if she were on a leisure trip. She has a massive lack of patience and cannot control her anger. Whenever I made a small mistake, she responded with intense anger and rudeness. Her behavior was so bad that she actively hid her identity. When I asked for her name, she gave me a completely different instructor's name and told me "don't give me good reviews." She clearly knows how terrible her teaching is. A driving instructor is supposed to be calm and educational, but she made me feel completely unsafe and stressed. She is not fit to be an instructor. Save your money and go somewhere else Also my experience with this driving school is not up to mark. The school has zero organization and no step-by-step lesson plan. They send a different instructor every single day, which means they cannot track our progress. I had 10 classes with bay hill driving school. 7 with manjeet, 2 with JP and 1 with Paul. I am very careful for driving because I have 2 kids and feel a lot of responsibility while driving. the instructors are all very nice, different instructors gave me different tips which are all very useful and help me pass the test one time. thanks all for your great efforts esp manjeet who take me the first time driving when I had never touched the wheel. it is a dangerous job and I really appreciate your hard working! I took two 6-hour packages with this school, and then borrowed their car for the driving test. I passed on the first try!!! The instructors were super helpful and friendly. They not only taught me how to pass the test, but also how to drive in any real life situations. I also want to shout out to the receptionist, as he always did his best accommodate my schedule to work with the instructors' schedules, and was constantly responsive whenever I called the office. So far I had more than 10 driving lessons with him. He gave me tips and corrections on the small mistakes that I committed. He is very patient, and really makes you comfortable about your driving. He is also experienced in teaching his students by being passionate, dedicated and patient because in the past he was a big rig driver, but worked his way up to become an electrical engineer. The reason why he wants to offer these services to the community and the public. So he has technical knowledge. He is fun to talk to so that way your drive won't be horrendous or horrible like the past driving instructors that I have dealt with. You should ask for JP- he is a dedicated business owner and a driving instructor. Also, he offers other services like traffic school and other services like car registration. He wants to expand his services in California and other states. I highly recommend him for any one of all ages who wants to learn how to be a disciplined and safe driver, especially to those who have phobia on driving. He has high expectations to learn as much as possible by learning from our mistakes and practicing a lot from a relative to get used to driving on different situations. Do yourself a favor and put extra effort to learn to drive with this driving and traffic school. I have never experienced any exceptional service from the other schools, but only go to this one. He will be honest when you are ready to take the road test. Don't rush to take the DMV road test yourself, you think you are ready because you will likely fail the test. I took 6 hours of behind the wheel training with JP and it was an excellent experience. He taught me all the basics tailored to my beginner level with appropriate technique and skill. i had high expectations for this driving school since it had 5 stars. I had Manjeet as an instructor and I do not recommend her. There would be times that I couldnt understand what she was trying to explain to me. When I would be driving, she would be telling me about past students shes had and how they have all passed. She would also be calling past students shes had during my lesson asking if they have passed their driving test and having a full on conversation with them and she wouldn't give me instructions on where to go. I also noticed she would take her shoes off during the 2 lessons i had with her. In my opinion, she seemed a bit too harsh. Especially on someone who is trying to learn how to drive. I would go 2 mph higher than the speed limit on accident and she would be saying things like, "You're never going to pass your driving test if you speed like that". I requested for a different instructor after having 2 classes with manjeet. Read Less

I took 4 hours of driving lessons with Bay Hill and also hired them to use for my behind-the-wheel test. Prior to finding this school and booking my lessons with them, I had used another driving school in the area. Once I started my lessons with Bay Hill my instructor really helped me fine tune my skills and actually fixed a lot of the bad habits I had learned from my past instructors. I got a lot of great advice and tips from my instructor that have helped me have much more confidence driving. JP is a really great instructor! Definitely knew what he was doing. Gave great advice and paid attention to detail. He was patient and encouraging. I took a two hour lesson the day before my driving test and passed! I've attempted the test 3 times over the past 4 years (went to college and making time for practice was tricky) so I've contacted quite a few driving schools, but Bay Hills definitely was one of the most effective!
