Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
We booked a driving lesson for my wife and clearly agreed in advance that the lesson would be conducted using her Tesla. The company confirmed and accepted this request. However, on the day of the lesson, the instructor arrived 10 minutes late. When my wife asked about the delay, he responded rudely, claiming that California law gives him the right to take a 10-minute break every two hours and that he had “taken it in advance.”
Things got worse when the instructor refused to conduct the lesson using her Tesla, despite the prior agreement with the company. Instead, he showed up with the company’s vehicle, which was in very poor condition — dirty, with a bad odor, and with a malfunctioning air conditioning system.
The instructor’s behavior was completely unacceptable. He had poor personal hygiene, repeatedly spat out the window, and engaged in extremely inappropriate behavior inside the car. At one point, he even left my wife standing outside the car for about 30 minutes, simply watching him drive and park without any explanation or instruction.
During the lesson, he was shouting at her in a harsh and discouraging manner, offering no proper guidance. He repeatedly told her that she would fail the driving test and would never get a license because she is “not educated enough,” which is both unprofessional and insulting (especially considering she is a medical doctor).
This experience caused significant emotional distress, frustration, and complete loss of confidence. She gained absolutely no benefit from the lesson.
When I contacted the company to file a complaint and requested a refund due to the poor service, emotional harm, and clear breach of agreement, they refused. Their justification was that the instructor was “having a bad day,” which is completely unacceptable and not the customer’s responsibility.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company. This was a waste of time, money, and a very upsetting experience.

They are officially DMV-licensed and were listed on my court's approved provider page. The interface was simple, and I finished the whole course in one day. My instructor was patient and thorough and had excellent customer service. I would recommend School to anyone

This class was extremely well organized, informative, and easy to attend and complete!
I highly recommend to anyone that needs to attend traffic school to select this as your first option.
The instructor was beyond helpful in providing clear guidance and explanations to make the whole process super easy.
I chose this school after researching a lot of other options, and I’m very happy that I did!
They make the whole process super easy and handle all of the DMV / Court filings after completing, and they guarantee your passing.

From the moment I called to make an appointment, I knew the instructor was going to be such a genuine person. Parvin was such a sweet instructor, and you knew she was passionate with her job. Not once did I think the class was boring. In fact, I thought the class was fun and extremely helpful. I'd recommend this school to anyone, because I know for a fact that this school is different than the rest. Parvin is amazing, and her class is too! Thank you for being such a sweet and kind-hearted woman, Parvin!!

I went to Traffic school in Irvine ca, the name of the place is 24/7 MR MRS traffic school , I had a great Teacher , I was so lucky to had a prevelige to meet a person so nice, very respectful and very patient,, proffesional, and very knowledgable in what she does. I will recomended this place to any body who get a traffic ticket; I really appreciate MRS PARVIN, for teaching me so baliables tips, I want to give MRS PARVIN a 700 stars if is possible if not I give her 5 stars. This traffic school is really professional. I got 100% in the test with ease just today. The instructor wants you to be a safe driver before you can score the test. And for the test section she teaches you every possible details with her rich driving and teaching experience to help you with DMV tests. Overall, the professionalism makes the stressful part so easy, as well as driving itself so safe.

One of the best classroom, excellent service, awesome customer service and one of a kind , never seen before any better classroom! Mr Mrs Traffic School is so welcoming , warm and friendly with you. Every student has a unique situation and their violation of one point on driver license will be removed upon the completion of easy classroom! People love Mr Mrs Traffic and Driving School. It is hard to find a better school with exactly the same service. Have you visited our additional classroom in Irvine?

As usual I waited until the last minute to take care of this. I called Parvin and was able to take a class on that closest weekend. She is so flexible, that I could have done the class in the evenings...
As usual I waited until the last minute to take care of this. I called Parvin and was able to take a class on that closest weekend. She is so flexible, that I could have done the class in the evenings, and/or Sunday. I chose that Saturday....Unbelievable!! Such a nice person with great knowledge of the traffic rules and regulations. Got the class completed after a good day of study and testing, and she took care of the rest. I'm so grateful I chose her school. It's small and you get the good service and flexibility of a small company. I highly recommend calling and enrolling.

I had to attend traffic school after I received my ticket. I called the school at 9:40 pm on a Saturday. Parvin answered right away and gave the appropriate details and options. I went to class next Monday. I was the only student! The whole process was pleasant; she made sure I pass the exam. I received my certificate promptly.I want to thank Parvin again for making this whole process painless. Needless to say, I don't want to have to attend traffic school again. However, if you have to attend traffic school, Parvin's school is an excellent choice.

This traffic school is really professional. I got 100% in the test with ease just today. The instructor wants you to be a safe driver before you can score the test.
