Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
We booked a driving lesson for my wife and clearly agreed in advance that the lesson would be conducted using her Tesla. The company confirmed and accepted this request. However, on the day of the lesson, the instructor arrived 10 minutes late. When my wife asked about the delay, he responded rudely, claiming that California law gives him the right to take a 10-minute break every two hours and that he had “taken it in advance.”
Things got worse when the instructor refused to conduct the lesson using her Tesla, despite the prior agreement with the company. Instead, he showed up with the company’s vehicle, which was in very poor condition — dirty, with a bad odor, and with a malfunctioning air conditioning system.
The instructor’s behavior was completely unacceptable. He had poor personal hygiene, repeatedly spat out the window, and engaged in extremely inappropriate behavior inside the car. At one point, he even left my wife standing outside the car for about 30 minutes, simply watching him drive and park without any explanation or instruction.
During the lesson, he was shouting at her in a harsh and discouraging manner, offering no proper guidance. He repeatedly told her that she would fail the driving test and would never get a license because she is “not educated enough,” which is both unprofessional and insulting (especially considering she is a medical doctor).
This experience caused significant emotional distress, frustration, and complete loss of confidence. She gained absolutely no benefit from the lesson.
When I contacted the company to file a complaint and requested a refund due to the poor service, emotional harm, and clear breach of agreement, they refused. Their justification was that the instructor was “having a bad day,” which is completely unacceptable and not the customer’s responsibility.
I strongly do NOT recommend this company. This was a waste of time, money, and a very upsetting experience.

They are officially DMV-licensed and were listed on my court's approved provider page. The interface was simple, and I finished the whole course in one day. My instructor was patient and thorough and had excellent customer service. I would recommend School to anyone

I highly recommend to anyone that needs to attend traffic school to select this as your first option.
The instructor was beyond helpful in providing clear guidance and explanations to make the whole process super easy.
I chose this school after researching a lot of other options, and I’m very happy that I did!
They make the whole process super easy and handle all of the DMV / Court filings after completing, and they guarantee your passing.

This school is so nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited location and I couldn't believe how nice the facility was. I felt welcomed by Parvin (the owner) and she made the boring experianse of driving school more enjoyable. Will recommend to friends and family. Very nice people.

I did by behind the wheel training and DMV TEST with this school and I didn't know anything about driving in the beginning. If you are considering, I definitely recommend because I was so nervous at first. If you're nervous, the instructor is very patient. I learned so much about defensive driving and I passed my DMV test easily and quickly. You learn about parking, and backing up (backing up is on the exam), defensive driving tip, lane change, literally everything you need to know to drive safely on the road! Thanks MR MRS DRIVNG SCHOOL!! 5 stars

Mr. Morris is an expert trainer for behind the wheel training. He has the DMV licensed and authorized to work with students teach them how to drive. Mr . Morris method in training is superb!

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
We booked a driving lesson for my wife and clearly agreed in advance that the lesson would be conducted using her Tesla. The company confirmed and accepted this request. However, on the day of the lesson, the instructor arrived 10 minutes late.
