If you're unfortunate enough to find yourself needing NTSI, may you get lucky enough to have your classes with John. John was what I didn't know I needed. He's an amazing course instructor and truly changed my life for the better. John challenges his students to stop drinking for the duration of his class and accepting his challenge provided me with so many benefits, both mentally and physically. His sessions were therapeutic and even though I was completey opposed to having to attend in the beginning, they quickly became something I looked forward to weekly (and almost a little sad to end). Jacob at the office is great as well and went out of his way to accommodate me when I had the wrong time written down for my enrollment appointment. Overall, they made the process smooth and as painless as possible and I am glad to have chosen this program.

If you find yourself needing to enroll in this three month course, John is the best instructor you could hope for. His God-given, heart-felt weekly reading topics, along with sharing some of his most difficult, personal life experiences, will not only educate and challenge you, but open you up to a new perspective; why your current life situation brought you to his class. John is a major asset to his organization. I thank him very much for his excellent councilling and real-life

NTSI provides excellent service - at least, that was my experience! I found staff very responsive and all my questions were answered quickly and completely. I found the program very easy to access and...
NTSI provides excellent service - at least, that was my experience! I found staff very responsive and all my questions were answered quickly and completely. I found the program very easy to access and was really happy to hear services were offered virtually. They made dealing with a tough situation a lot easier. I would like to give special shout outs to:
1) Jacob Zamora, who was kind, personable, and gave solid info about the program and process.
2) Ms. Kathie - I really appreciated her humorous and down-to-earth style. She presented information in a really personable way. Sharing her own experiences made her more relatable and lent an extra level of life experience and credibility.
3) Frank - what a great sense of humor! He really made the process as enjoyable as possible while helping participants learn more about themselves and how to deal with this tough situation.
Thank you NTSI - keep up the great work!

NTSI staff and the leaders of the group sessions are all wonderful. Jacob is awesome (he runs the show!) and very responsive. I would 200% choose NTSI over any other DUI program hands down. :)

When I was court ordered attend this program I was honestly fearing it and was down on the whole issue. I took Jannett's class and she made the class really interactive, learning and humorous enough to extract best output from the class............three cheers to Jannett.

When I had to attend this program due to legal issues I was honestly dreading it and nervous of how it was going to be. However, the individuals employed here are such kind people who treat you with n...
When I had to attend this program due to legal issues I was honestly dreading it and nervous of how it was going to be. However, the individuals employed here are such kind people who treat you with nothing but respect. I took Armando's class and he made a first thing in the morning three hour class the best it possibly could be with his kindness and sense of humor. Tara at the front desk is also very nice and pleasant. I definitely recommend this institute to anyone who needs to attend a program.

He's an amazing course instructor and truly changed my life for the better.
