The online drivers ed was fine but once I went to order my certificate of completion I never received my first one and couldn’t take my permit test for six months because according to the employees my certificate got lost in the mail had to order multiple certificates and only received one out of the many times I ordered I paid extra shipping in hopes it would get here safely and would actually make it to my house but only made it here once. I recently ordered my certificate again in hopes that I could renew my permit and ordered it on March 27 and still haven’t received it and the employee once again told me I’d have to pay once again and it got lost in the mail. I am fed up and tired of wasting my money on this establishment. I would not reccomend this drivers education place to any of my friends looking to attain their permit. There are many other establishments I would go to more than this one and in the long run I regret choosing to learn from this place. Read Less

Their customer service is poor. You have to pay for any lessons up front before you can schedule them, and then you may or may not be able to get times that fit your needs. I booked my daughter's first lesson for the following day, and within 2 hours I found out she couldn't do those times. I called back to reschedule, and because it wasn't within 48 hours, they refused to waive the $50 cancellation fee. The time of booking was less than 48 hours to begin with!! He asked his supervisor and she refused to waive it. Very poor customer service. Read Less

Our daughter completed this program and she aced the DMV written test ! We were able to sign up easily and complete the program on our daughters own time frame. She is very busy with all the sports and other home work she has. Each chapter was easily and well communicated with pictures, sound and text. We then actually signed up with another Driving School on this same list of schools for the 6 hours of practice. Drivers ED Driving School.
