I love going to college here. The campus seems HUGE, but it's very well laid out and pretty easy to nagavate. The professors are so far all amazing. Lots of support and resources. I haven't been to school in 30 years. I was beyond nervous and didn't know what to expect. I have received nothing but positive encouragement and support. It's been an amazing experience

Communications and academic counseling here are an absolute nightmare to work with, totally garbage advice, and don’t care about their jobs.
I would recommend not choosing this school. They prioritize campus aesthetic over ensuring they actually have good staff to run the campus.
Who ever is head of Mira Costa, is doing a bad job.

Following up.
I’ve spoke to several people this week at the school, turns out basically every human I spoke to, gave me incomplete information regarding my degree & next steps.
Which are costing me an entire year and 1/2.
Terrible experience.
Would not recommend. This place is a joke.

I do not recommend sara beck for any class she teaches she puts the wrong dates on each assignment and has them locked to the day of. which makes everything much more confusing. her classes are complicated don’t recommend her.

I appreciate the Finance for Women, Medicare, and Retirement Planning classes that I took at this college. They were incredibly informative and helpful.

I appreciate the Finance for Women, Medicare, and Retirement Planning classes that I took at this college. They were incredibly informative and helpful.
The worst class by far that I took was watercolor. I didn’t learn a thing. The instructor kept asking the entire class to huddle around to watch her paint, which is awful if you’re short like me. She had a projector, but couldn’t figure out how to use it. You’re better off watching YouTube tutorials.

I love going to college here. The campus seems HUGE, but it's very well laid out and pretty easy to nagavate. The professors are so far all amazing. Lots of support and resources.
