The owner Who is the only driver trainer in his company says he sent my daughter a text message sat out in front of my house. I walked by him when I pulled up early from work. Didn’t say anything to me said he saw three or four more people coming in my house didn’t say anything to him doesn’t have a sign on his car. Doesn’t call the person to tell him outside and then then says the only reason why I’m using him is because of his price well his customer service is horrible and the Better Business Bureau should know about him which they’re going to. He just told me that he would refund my money still haven’t gotten a refund and then he’s a jerk on the phone. His cars beat up and looks like he needs to get a new car in order to drive around because the thing looks like it’s gonna break down and he’s rude. Receptionist was no help at all I came in because no one answered my calls! 7/9/25 I come in and she asks me if am expecting a child because am to fat and should wear an undergarment so I don’t look like am pregnant. She tells me that my daughter needs a hair cut and makes remarks that has nothing to do with her job. Super unprofessional and disrespectful . She Called me this morning at 6 am to tell me they cancel the class and try’s to send me out far .Such disappointing business in need of new management!! 0⭐️ Update : was able to take my traffic school class and get credit after she scheduled .
