The photos on line are very very deceiving. I pulled into the parking lot and was sure the place was closed down and Google just didn't update.
The rooms were very run down and smelled of mildew very hot AC barely working.
The pool was GREEN slime and debris all in the pool. I couldn't handle it asked for a refund and left. Why a place like this would ask for a $50 deposit is beyond me.
The staff was friendly and didn't seem surprised when I said i couldn't stay they were very quick to void my transaction.
This place really needs to be closed down. Its nasty moldy and unsafe. None of the doors with in the hotel leading to the outside locked.

Ok so I stayed here in spite of the reviews I read. You can tell that this was at one time a very nice hotel and I'm sure the owners if they could would put it back to what it was.
For the money I have no complaints, however the security locks at the exits don't work so anyone can gain access to the buildings. I didn't see any bedbugs like one person said and the shower worked well. I had a working TV and the fridge was cold. The place was quiet but it was Sunday but I don't believe it's a Crack hotel as someone else posted. Never smelled marijuana either. They charge fifty dollar deposit which they gave back when I checked out. Also look out for the attack cat in the lobby😎, he loves people and likes to play.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby and hallways smell disgusting, they don’t turn on the AC in the hotel at all, so it’s extremely hot. We stayed 5 days, and housekeeping didn’t come to clean any of our 3 rooms at all. We had to continually go up front to ask for towels and toiletries and every time we would do that we would get an attitude- ESPECIALLY from the old man at the front desk. The whole time we were here our keys never worked so we had to have someone from the front let us into our room every time. They came into our rooms before we checked out and told us we had to clean them before we left (isn’t that what housekeeping is for???) or we would be charged a fee. Keep in mind that all week we were the ONLY guests in the entire hotel and they couldn’t even do anything as simple as bring us towels. Our fridges also didn’t work in any of the rooms and were moldy.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place should be shut down.

This seems like a small family business. You will leave a lot of messages. Just be very clear with the lady on the phone- about payment and appointment times, and who to call if they need to change something. The fee for lessons was fair. My son got Bill-ask for him by name. He is very good, detailed, and goes the extra mile to ensure your student passes. Always early, gave a full lesson, and even came early to prep my son before his DMV test. He passed wtih a 98 on the first try.

My experience with this company was AWFUL. I had Mr. Walter as my instructor and he was very rude. He would say rude things about the way I drive and have slick comments to say about me. After my 3rd and final lesson, he left me feeling discouraged and disappointed. He isn't positive and hasn't said anything to encourage me at allI do not recommend this company to anyone. If you do choose this place and get Walter, ask for a new instructor.

Honestly after reading the previous reviews, I was terrified. With that being said we have had a lovely experience. The room was clean. The breakfast was actually way more than expected (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.). The staff was friendly and overall our experience was great. It is outdated as in the TV barely has any channels and it is an old tube tv, but we did ot come to stay for the television. Well worth the price and if we ever come back to Jackson this is where we will stay.

I stayed only one night but the first thing I noticed was that the staff were very friendly. They make you feel welcome and that's appreciated when you're looking at a smaller price tag. My room appeared to be clean and a variety of pillows were provided. The TV were outdated but functional. The AC quit functioning during the night and got the floor wet. It should probably be under a service contract. Overall I found the experience to be an affordable overnight stay.

The first leason that I had was great. The reason why I am giving it one star is because I went for a second lesson and it was horrible. Mr.Walt was to aggressive, short with his answers, and was argumentative. I left my lesson feeling discouraged and fustrated. Never will I be getting a lesson from him again! I drove for 30 mins, and had enough. Horrible teacher saying that i was not giving it 100 percent, it was my second time in a car. HORRIBLE.

Only reason I'm giving 4 starts is because of the driver instructor named Derick . Awesome instructor , veary relaxed , and calm . Show and tells you instruction , tips and more with out being nervous...
Only reason I'm giving 4 starts is because of the driver instructor named Derick . Awesome instructor , veary relaxed , and calm . Show and tells you instruction , tips and more with out being nervous of letting you be behind the wheel , everyone knows how it is to be thought by a relative and it's not easy , he makes it were everyone is comfterbal and feel confident . I had two sessions one with him and the second with Kay . If I could give 0 stars for her I would . U can tell she trying but uses to much accademic words I were not familiar with , from the moment I got in the car I felt as if I was in the car with a relative . Felt nervous , nerve racking and felt the lesson was no use . Did the exact same things I did in the first lesson for 1 1/2 . Using my third season to drive with derick before my driving test . Much recommend him

If I could I give this damn school 0 stars, I have driving lesson with Walter, he was very rude and I could sense a not so good vibe with him when he first came to my door, while I was driving he was criticizing me in a bad way like he knew me personally and I tried to explain to him that I just moved to the contra Costa area the weekend before and so I was practicing with another instructor before then and he was saying "whoever taught you how to drive was teaching you the right way" and just being overall rude and talking about things that were irrelevant and unneascary to the driving lesson and I'm really not happy so I don't know if I'll go through this company again, I'm thinking about asking for another instructor or what..

The photos on line are very very deceiving. I pulled into the parking lot and was sure the place was closed down and Google just didn't update.
The rooms were very run down and smelled of mildew very hot AC barely working.

Ok so I stayed here in spite of the reviews I read. You can tell that this was at one time a very nice hotel and I'm sure the owners if they could would put it back to what it was.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby and hallways smell disgusting, they don’t turn on the AC in the hotel at all, so it’s extremely hot. We stayed 5 days, and housekeeping didn’t come to clean any of our 3 rooms at all. We had to continually go up front to ask for towels and toiletries and every time we would do that we would get an attitude- ESPECIALLY from the old man at the front desk. This seems like a small family business. You will leave a lot of messages. Just be very clear with the lady on the phone- about payment and appointment times, and who to call if they need to change something. The fee for lessons was fair. My son got Bill-ask for him by name. He is very good, detailed, and goes the extra mile to ensure your student passes. My experience with this company was AWFUL. I had Mr. Walter as my instructor and he was very rude. He would say rude things about the way I drive and have slick comments to say about me. After my 3rd and final lesson, he left me feeling discouraged and disappointed. He isn't positive and hasn't said anything to encourage me at allI do not recommend this company to anyone. Honestly after reading the previous reviews, I was terrified. With that being said we have had a lovely experience. The room was clean. The breakfast was actually way more than expected (pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, etc.). The staff was friendly and overall our experience was great. It is outdated as in the TV barely has any channels and it is an old tube tv, but we did ot come to stay for the television. Well worth the price and if we ever come back to Jackson this is where we will stay.

I stayed only one night but the first thing I noticed was that the staff were very friendly. They make you feel welcome and that's appreciated when you're looking at a smaller price tag. My room appeared to be clean and a variety of pillows were provided. The TV were outdated but functional. The AC quit functioning during the night and got the floor wet. The first leason that I had was great. The reason why I am giving it one star is because I went for a second lesson and it was horrible. Mr.Walt was to aggressive, short with his answers, and was argumentative. I left my lesson feeling discouraged and fustrated. Never will I be getting a lesson from him again! I drove for 30 mins, and had enough. Horrible teacher saying that i was not giving it 100 percent, it was my second time in a car. HORRIBLE.
