The lady who was with me for the behind the wheel lesson was BEYOND rude to me. When I wasn't driving fast enough for her she would literally shout at me to speed up. No, not calmly tell me to, yelled. And she would proceed to tell me that if she was driving behind me, she would have cut me off. I can understand that it was reality, and slow driving will lead to being cut off. But to say that after screaming at me to speed up, it's like a slap in the face.When we went to practice parking, I already told her beforehand that parking was one of my weaknesses. I only tried two times, and after not parking perfectly on the second try, she very loudly, let out a frustrated sigh. She didn't even attempt to hide it. She told me her technique of parking in a parking lot and when I couldn't get it right, she would become very angry and exasperated. And keep in mind, this was ONLY after two or three tries. Basically, she was a very impatient, rude, and condescending person.I don't know what her problem is, I was nothing but polite and nice to her. After my 2 hours was over, we went to pick up the next student. Now, when THIS student wasn't driving fast enough, she calmly and gently reminded her to speed up. She didn't yell and scream at her. Maybe she plays the favorites game, I can't say for sure. But I am definitely not staying to find out. Read Less

They are very unprofessional, they have mix-ups all the times. I had an 9am appointment on Sunday and called and left me a message on Saturday to say could not show. then i get a message to say that someone else can do at 11am and if i want to call back. I did not call back then i get a call at 11:30 from someone telling me he my driving instructor and waiting on me. I never called back so i don't appreciate that i was signed up on there own free well not knowing if i had anything else to do (IE work). When i had my second lesson someone else was in the car then had to drive 45 mins from my home to take the person back home before i started my lessons. The lady was lost when i was supposed to have my first lessons; she did not follow the directions left by her boss from me. When i called she had an attitude with me and said she wasn't driving. And if i was standing where i was supposed to be i would have saw here. I live on a college campus in a circle(dead end) so if she was where she was supposed to be i would have saw her. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The driving process was good only with ONE driver but there is different drivers so you are not grantee to get the same driver all the time.The other one was rude and yelling at me the whole time and we where in a parking lot with no cars at that. If i did not pay my money already in advance i would have not did business with them. They are totally not worth it. You can get better services from somewhere else that does not have the confusion.
