I had a truly wonderful and pleasant experience with Maywood Driving School. Sal was very calm, patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, which eventually made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. I am 42 years old and driving is the greatest fear of my life. I would rather suffer being ridiculed, that I don’t know how to drive and that my husband drives me around because of my fear of driving. Sal, is God’s instrument which helped me overcome that fear in a way I never thought possible. He explains everything clearly and gives practical, easy-to-follow tips that truly prepare me to become a safe driver.
Scheduling lessons was simple and flexible, and Sal was always accommodating and easy to communicate with. He listened carefully to my concerns and tailored each lesson to my needs. Thanks to his teaching, I was able to pass my DMV driving test on my first try. Each session felt purposeful and realistic, with a strong focus on safety and real-world driving skills.
I am forever grateful to the Lord for leading me and putting me under the tutelage of Sal. With over 32 years of teaching experience, his passion for helping new drivers succeed really shows. I highly recommend Maywood Driving School to anyone looking for a supportive and effective driving program!

I highly recommend Maywood driving school! My son's instructor was Sal. He was amazing! My son felt very comfortable with him. I dont understand the negative reviews. Im so glad I went with this school and didn't let the negative comments sway me away. I didn't have any trouble scheduling appointments and Sal always communicated with us prior to our appointments and always made sure the times and day's worked for us. My son improved so much thanks to him.

I felt comfortable immediately upon getting in the car. It was an absolutely wonderful experience! I highly recommend this school to any learning-driver.

I just finished my three, two-hour, one-on-one sessions of Behind the Wheel training with Vanessa, and she was the absolute best. She was always so sweet, kind and very patient. She was also always on time for my appointments. Maywood worked with me to pick days that worked for my schedule and even set up my Behind the Wheel test for me. They kept me with the same instructor all three times and Vanessa was always happy to help me and answer any of my questions. I truly feel very prepared for my test tomorrow, thanks to Vanessa!! I 100% recommend her(:Update: Took my test today and passed with no errors! Vanessa is the best.

I signed my daughter up for Maywood Driving school so she could get more time and experience behind the wheel. Our schedules could not do it. I spoke with Raquel who was very attentive to my questions...
I signed my daughter up for Maywood Driving school so she could get more time and experience behind the wheel. Our schedules could not do it. I spoke with Raquel who was very attentive to my questions and our needs. She was also very friendly over the phone. We signed up for 3 days back to back, 2 hours a day. What I like about Maywood is that they pick up and drop off the student at home. That gives you the opportunity to ask questions right then and there. They also spend one on one quality time with the student. I know of other schools that have multiple learners in one car. Sal was my daughter's teacher. One thing for me is my loyalty to a company comes from the treatment I receive from employees. The treatment by Maywood Driving School has been excellent since day one of communicating our needs, scheduling the appointments and taking my daughter out to drive. I have confidence in knowing she has been taught by some of the best people in the business. I would recommend Maywood Driving School for your child's driving needs. My daughter was comfortable behind the wheel. And that's what's needed on these streets.... UPDATE: She passed the driving test and got her license!

My 15 1/2 year old son Samuel just recently took his driver's ED with Maywood Driving School. I have nothing but great things to say about them. His instructor Vanessa was awesome and very professional. She came to each and every appointment on time. She made my son feel extremely comfortable. My son was able to pass his written after just 1 attempt and just recently passed his behind the wheel after 6months after his first attempt. I also want to thank them for rescheduling my son's last behind the wheel with such a short notice. I would definitely recommend Maywood Driving & Traffic School.

Going through Maywood for my sons driving school made this experience a breeze. I'm sure they get repetitive questions all the time and anytime I had a question I just called and they answered my questions very graciously. My son (Travis) had Edith as his driving instructor and he felt very comfortable with her. Thank you Maywood for making this a great experience for this everlasting memory. P.S. - Travis passed his behind the wheel today!!!!

I had a truly wonderful and pleasant experience with Maywood Driving School. Sal was very calm, patient, professional and incredibly knowledgeable, which eventually made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. I am 42 years old and driving is the greatest fear of my life. I'm sure they get repetitive questions all the time and anytime I had a question I just called and they answered my questions very graciously.
