If you or your child is road anxious and needs a patient understanding first-time instructor to get driving experience, please do not go to this place.
I had a lesson from Kenndra here explicitly as my first time on the road, as I thought having an instructor with a brake on their side of the vehicle would help me feel safer getting real practice in. Absolutely not. This woman yelled and swore at me multiple times for not being immediately good at it, graciously reminding me frequently that any mistake could lead to death on the road.

I had the best experience with Mr.Ajay and his wife Ritu was so calm and nice and taught me all the rules. I would recommend this school to everyone. I passed my road test today ,thank you so much.

I had two teens get trained by them and both passed their test first try. The prices are very reasonable and you can pay in installments instead of a lump sum up front.

Our son learned all the fundamentals from Wheatland Driving Academy. It was easy to make his appointments and they were very flexible and accommodating. He not only passed his drivers test, he had zero errors! Highly recommended!

**INSTRUCTOR FROM HELL**My daughter was picked up and taken out for her first lesson last week. Â She was nervous, but my husband and I assured her she would be fine. Â 2 hours later she came home crying her eyes out! She let us know that the instructor (Kenndra) was rude and snapping at her the whole time. Â Every time that my daughter would ask a question, Kenndra would snap at her her response. Â Kenndra would make comments to her that were demeaning and degrading like she should have not passed her written test since she can't follow simple instructions. I have rode as a back seat passenger on one occasion that my husband had taken my daughter out for a lesson (he took her out maybe 3 times) and because of my husband's calm instructions, my daughter (after getting comfortable) did very well. Â When I spoke with Kenndra she stated that she is a loud person and she never yelled at my daughter. Â She said that my daughter wouldn't listen to her instructions and there was not a good connection between the two of them. I told her that I know my daughter and from being yelled at and snapped at she froze and shut down. Â My husband and I did not set our daughter up for failure. Â Her confidence in herself is completely gone and she isn't wanting to learn anymore. I don't know what this instructor expected from my daughter on her first lesson, but I do know we did not pay for our daughter to be scared away from learning how to drive. Â This lady is simply there to collect a check and should not be in customer service AT ALL!!!

We had the pleasure to use Wheatland Driving Academy & were very pleased! Our daughter learned a lot on her first lesson & felt comfortable with the owner! We would highly recommend them especially with paying by the lesson not the full upfront fees!!!

The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the car used is an old worn out car, not that I blame him since new drivers are in the drivers seat!!!We have used this business for both of my kids. Â ...
The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the car used is an old worn out car, not that I blame him since new drivers are in the drivers seat!!!We have used this business for both of my kids. Â The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about current licensing requirements. Â We were missing a document for my daughter to get her permit and the owner personally delivered it to the Yuba City DMV within an hour of calling.He isn't the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for.I recommend.

If you or your child is road anxious and needs a patient understanding first-time instructor to get driving experience, please do not go to this place.
I had a lesson from Kenndra here explicitly as my first time on the road, as I thought having an instructor with a brake on their side of the vehicle would help me feel safer getting real practice in. **INSTRUCTOR FROM HELL**My daughter was picked up and taken out for her first lesson last week. Â She was nervous, but my husband and I assured her she would be fine. Â 2 hours later she came home crying her eyes out! She let us know that the instructor (Kenndra) was rude and snapping at her the whole time.
