My younger sister had booked a driver’s license test appointment with Elite Driving Academy and came back home crying because of Brenda Pippin’s unnecessary, unprofessional, and rude comments. There were mistakes that she had made during her drivers test that are completely understandable as to why she would fail; what I don’t understand was the ill-mannered feedback. She had called my sister insecure, as well as implied that she was an idiot. This type of degrading language should not be allowed in a professional setting. You can give someone criticism about mistakes while also not being disrespectful. You would expect that instead of tearing someone down when they had failed, to uplift them and encourage them to always improve their driving skills as a driver instructor. It costs nothing to be kind. With the way that the owners are responding back to bad reviews by fighting with them, sending whole paragraphs, it just shows you how unprofessional this establishment is. I would suggest that instead of arguing back with reviews, to take their honest feedback and learn from it. A lot of reviews go back years and I am still reading about the same rude behavior from every single one of them. I am very upset on my sister’s behalf with the way this experience was handled. I would expect grown adults to act like adults instead of the snarky, mean girl behavior my sister had faced. I cannot emphasize this enough, the entire experience was so unprofessional.

Brenda and team taught both our kids to drive in different formats. One virtually and one in person for the learning portion. Both experiences were seamless. Driving instruction was easy to schedule, modify if needed and helped ensure successful testing. Overall a great experience!

Such an amazing place to learn from and complete tests. Steve was a great instructor and helped build my confidence to be on the streets, he was patient and made sure you actually learned. Brenda’s customer service was amazing. Anytime I had a question her response would come quickly showing she cares for her clients. Overall a great school, and im super thankful for both of you on my driving journey!

This company has been outstanding to me and my boys…. My boys have had success obtaining their liscense from this establishment. Brenda has been very professional with why she works for and has established nothing but positive feedback form this community… Her and her husband thrive to educate and teach the kids their class about the importance of driving and safety on the road while making it a great place to obtain a liscense. I do recommend this place to everyone that is looking this kind of service..Thank you both … Q

This place was really really amazing to go to they are so understanding and really great people to learn driving from because in the past I havent really been able to drive that much due to family so i had to wait till i was 18 to be able to drive and with just 2 classes with them I was able to learn a lot and the important parts of driving that i havent been taught! they make it a very comfortable atmosphere and they are super great teachers and ive genuinely have never had a bad interaction with anyone there. Please check them out they are a super good school to take driving classes from, permit tests, and drivers licenses test! :)

I got my permit and license through the Elite Driving Academy and it was a WONDERFUL experience. My driving instructor was very helpful and made everything seem less nerve wrecking through it all. Picking a place for your child to get their license is sometimes tricky, but I highly recommend coming here, Brenda made everything super easy when it came to getting my license and permit. Overall my experience here was great!

I just had the most unprofessional conversation with the lady there who also happens to be the owner.
When she tried reschedule my daughters appointment via text and I called her on the phone to explain for the third time why I needed a late test is because my daughter doesn't get out of school until 4:15 pm.
She literally had the audacity to cut me off mid sentence and say "We will do 4:45. Ok thanks bye" and hung up on me!
She then called me back because she realized I had said I wanted to cancel and I told her I thought she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She tried blaming the wind!
There is no way I would take my daughter there and highly suggest that others do their full research before thinking about doing so.

My younger sister had booked a driver’s license test appointment with Elite Driving Academy and came back home crying because of Brenda Pippin’s unnecessary, unprofessional, and rude comments. This place was really really amazing to go to they are so understanding and really great people to learn driving from because in the past I havent really been able to drive that much due to family so i had to wait till i was 18 to be able to drive and with just 2 classes with them I was able to learn a lot and the important parts of driving that i havent been taught! they make it a very comfortable atmosphere and they are super great teachers and ive genuinely have never had a bad interaction with anyone there. I got my permit and license through the Elite Driving Academy and it was a WONDERFUL experience. My driving instructor was very helpful and made everything seem less nerve wrecking through it all. Picking a place for your child to get their license is sometimes tricky, but I highly recommend coming here, Brenda made everything super easy when it came to getting my license and permit.
