I had a wonderful experience at Affordable Driving School! I worked with Krystal over the phone to go over everything that I needed to bring with me. Krystal told me to bring my insurance, registration and of course my permit. She was so sweet and professional. I had lots of questions and Krystal was patient and thorough with me. When I arrived to take my driving test I worked with Jason. Jason was just as kind and professional as Krystal was. It was such an easy process. I provided Jason with the necessary documents and he had me read over a document prior to taking the driving test. We then proceeded to take the driving test. Jason made sure I was comfortable and ready before we began the test. I felt very at ease driving with Jason. I passed my test and Jason had to enter the confirmation to the DMV that I passed the test. This was one of the easiest and painless processes I have been through in a long time. I would also like to comment that Ashley who works in the front office was very sweet and helpful as well. I wanted to simply set up a drive test in order to get my license because the dmv is backed up 6 months. Its already overwhelming the steps that are needed to get your license back, that setting up a simple drive test should not add to the stress. I didnt even go through with the drive test here. To even yalk with someone directly became a huge hassle. I called several times and no one answered the phones. In fact, every time I did call the phone would ring once then go dead. I wasn't even able to leave a voicemail. After about the 4th or 5 the time calling I finally got someone on the phone who said would call me back in 45 mins. I waited 2 hours and didnt receive a call back, so I called again. The person told me all scheduling is done online. I tried several times to even find where the scheduking ia dobe online and vould find nothing. I understand the direction the world has gone with technology etc. And that a lot of time is saved by people scheduling online. But people need to also understand this can be inconvenient, especially when the ONLY option you give someone is to schedule online. In addition having a poorly created website that is not mobile or user friendly to access an easy portal to schedule becomes that much more frustrating. What happened to a quick simple phone call to get something done? This created several uneccessary steps and it seems like they seem overwhelmed or disorganized that they are unable to adapt to accommodate changes over the phone. Why can't you just simply schedule on the phone? Why do you guys even have a phone then if you don't answer it, hang up on people nor call people back? Just take your phone off the web. Problem solved. Anyways....I finally got scheduled but meanwhile had been calling other people. I talked with another company that took 2 mins to schedule on the phone, who got me in sooner and were $25 cheaper then this place. They are charging me $40 rather than $65 that this place wanted to charge and with entirely no hassle. This place was a huge headache just to get scheduled. And even when I tried to cancely appointment over the phone they told me I would have to do it online haha. What a headache. You got my phone call to cancel that should be good enough. Good luck.
