Typed in the CORRECT citation number for my course to get my points off my license, showed up incorrectly on my certificate for completion, they then charged me 10$ to fix the issue when I reiterated multiple times it was correct when I submitted it. I’m infuriated.

There is a long list of negatives that I have run into with this program, but most notably, I ran into several problems at the DMV because of this course. Firstly, they had not submitted my Driver’s Education completion certificate after several days longer than the website promised, which led to me taking multiple unnecessary trips to the DMV. Secondly, the customer service is just awful. The hours are terrible and they do not respond to emails (from my experience). Overall, it was just painfully frustrating and I could never recommend this to anyone.

Honestly I have no experience with their customer service due to me taking the online course. However the course in itself is excellent. Even though the timed pages could be tedious, its all worth it ...
Honestly I have no experience with their customer service due to me taking the online course. However the course in itself is excellent. Even though the timed pages could be tedious, its all worth it in the end because people, the student(s) are getting their 30 hours (which is required for most states). The only thing that I really would say is decrease some times on pages that you can read in like 30 seconds to a minute. ALSO some lessons dont need to be 10 minutes in my opinion. Other then that if you're looking to get a drivers ed course that is online, its a great choice.

This company has horrible customer service. While the content of the course is fine, the service is not. There were so many problems getting a hold of them, having phone calls returned, and submitting the course completion information to our state DMV. Not worth the headache and frustration!

My son went through the course for his permit, scored 100 on his practice tests but failed the exam twice at the DMV. I thought it was him but the instructor says that their practice tests are useless...
My son went through the course for his permit, scored 100 on his practice tests but failed the exam twice at the DMV. I thought it was him but the instructor says that their practice tests are useless for studying for the exam and the questions are outdated. I contacted customer service and they said. " The practice test are not the same as the questions that are given at the DMV, the questions are for practice and not a main resource to pass the exam. " So what good is the course or tests if they don't help you pass the test. Basically once you do the course, you can not get a refund or any help, so they get your money and you are left studying new material and paying more at the DMV, Look for a different company, this one is terrible!

This company has horrible customer service. While the content of the course is fine, the service is not. There were so many problems getting a hold of them, having phone calls returned, and submitting the course completion information to our state DMV. Not worth the headache and frustration!
