Could not get any worse. I had an extremely disappointing experience with SAGE Truck Driving School. Communication was terrible from the very beginning. Rebecca at the front desk repeatedly ignored my phone calls, text messages, and emails, making it nearly impossible to get straightforward answers. After finally being put in contact with the owner/manager, I expected we could move forward. Instead, the conversation turned into an argument rather than a discussion about providing the training I was prepared to pay for. I completed the paperwork they requested and was ready to pay for the manual transmission training, but instead of focusing on helping a paying customer, they seemed far more interested in debating the situation than providing the service they advertise. I've dealt with many businesses over the years, and this was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. If you're looking for a school that communicates well and treats prospective students with professionalism and respect, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Read Less

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the treatment of students and the overall environment at this school. My experience, along with what I have observed, reflects a pattern of unfairness, lack of accountability, and behavior that is unacceptable in an educational setting. There appears to be clear inconsistency in how students are treated. Some students are disciplined harshly, while others are given leniency for similar actions. This unequal treatment creates a sense of injustice and damages trust between students and staff. A school should be a place where fairness, respect, and equal opportunity are upheld at all times. Additionally, I have witnessed and experienced behavior from staff that can only be described as disrespectful and, at times, inappropriate. Certain students are spoken to harshly, dismissed without being heard, or treated in a way that undermines their confidence and well-being. This is not only discouraging but also harmful to a student’s academic and personal development. There is also a concerning lack of transparency in how decisions are made. Policies and rules do not seem to be applied consistently, and there is little effort to explain or justify actions taken against students. This leads to confusion, frustration, and a growing belief that the system is biased rather than supportive. A school should foster a safe, respectful, and fair environment for all students. Unfortunately, that standard is not being met. I strongly urge the administration to take these concerns seriously, conduct a thorough review of staff behavior and disciplinary practices, and implement changes that ensure all students are treated with dignity and fairness. Students deserve to feel supported, heard, and respected—not targeted or dismissed. Immediate action is necessary to rebuild trust and create a more positive and equitable environment for everyone. Based exclusively off of my experience while enrolled in SAGE Truck Driving Schools-Denver, I can say that the staff equipped me with the necessary skills and knowledge to pass Colorado state DOT requirements. I learned valuable information that impressed my new trucking employer. Director Tabby, & instructors Moses, Billy, Annie were the key players in helping me succeed on the first test attempt. Working a full time, Monday through Friday day job, I was able to enroll in night school and Saturdays. Read Less

Thru my time here all the instructors were incredibly helpful. I really appreciate the school working with me and being flexible with my busy schedule. As long as you are sincerely putting in the effort to learn and not taking advantage, the school and trainers will work with you and get you to the point where you are comfortable in a semi. I have no doubt that if you choose to go to this school and put effort into learning you will graduate. I am really glad i chose this school to go to. Read Less

If your a brand new driver and are applying for jobs. Companies look often at what school you did your training and SAGE was on top of the list of many companies as a preferred school and have a better opportunity to get jobs. That says a lot. I was blessed to be hired locally for a fuel transport company and start with great pay and benefits. The best benefit is I get to go home daily to my family and not be over the road. Read Less
