If zero stars was available, that’s what I would give not only when calling to set up an appointment was more than a hassle and he was rude and denied services to my underage child because I said I wanted help over the phone and not online. Not only did he start talking about myself, but he also started making derogatory comments towards my underage child because he didn’t like my to my Tone of voice. The man answering the phones needs to get fired. I did let him know. I recorded the conversation though, and I will be reporting him. Hopefully, he still has his job afterwards

Horrible organization. We've had 2 kids go through this program. One went in person in Greeley and after 40 minutes of a 3 hour class, the instructor told them they could leave and gave them certificates. The other did the online class and sat through the entire class only to be booted out with 5 mins remaining in the class. When I disputed with the school and asked for a class recording they refused and said they do not have it. This place is a total scam and the customer service is a joke.

I took this course when I was in my early 20’s. I actually felt like it was beneficial and impactful. I’m 38 now so I guess it worked. 👍🏼

I live in city of Pueblo and was really disappointed I had to travel all the way out to Pueblo West in the county which is poorly lighted at night. I think the course for Pueblo County should be held ...
I live in city of Pueblo and was really disappointed I had to travel all the way out to Pueblo West in the county which is poorly lighted at night. I think the course for Pueblo County should be held of course in the largest city in the county. If not please do it when there is still still plenty of light out when the class starts and ends like in the day time not in the evening.

If zero stars was available, that’s what I would give not only when calling to set up an appointment was more than a hassle and he was rude and denied services to my underage child because I said I wanted help over the phone and not online. Horrible organization. We've had 2 kids go through this program. One went in person in Greeley and after 40 minutes of a 3 hour class, the instructor told them they could leave and gave them certificates.
