Just signed my daughter up for driving lessons through the 8 & 8 course. Just now learning that when it comes to the driving the students have to go all over CT for the driving lessons. Because not me...
Just signed my daughter up for driving lessons through the 8 & 8 course. Just now learning that when it comes to the driving the students have to go all over CT for the driving lessons. Because not mentioned by either phone or online that students over the age of 22 are more restricted as to where and when the driving lessons take place. Stupid to think we live in Middletown, yet have to drive to Greenwich for lessons. Won't even get started on the fact that all the courses are broken up to where each has one thing needed as a whole but isn't included. Like driving lessons, and coursework along with the actual license test is included in one program each, so basically ala cart. Not happy with this set up as a whole and recommend you ask all the questions before signing up with them.

Having Tyler S as a driving instructor WAS THE BEST!!! He had such a welcoming energy to him and I really liked his teaching styles and how I was able to learn vital pieces of information from him. I definitely know more about driving safety and the rules of the road because of him.

From start to finish, The Next Street has been wonderful to work with. Ease of scheduling driving lessons and the license test was great! Michael Davenport, in the Middletown location, was amazing. And Bob S. on the day of our license test at the Wethersfield location was invaluable! Highly recommend.

Phenomenal driving school I wouldn’t do anything but recommend this place, the instructors are incredibly kind and caring and taking your test couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is relax and everything will go just fine and they let you know that.
And the end of my time here I got to sign my name on a wall of many other names and the sense of achievement and accomplishment I felt had never been greater then in that moment, truly an inspiring school

Phenomenal driving school I wouldn’t do anything but recommend this place, the instructors are incredibly kind and caring and taking your test couldn’t be easier, all you have to do is relax and everything will go just fine and they let you know that.
