Unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo. I know how this process works. To complete your registration you need to go into the office. I’ve done this in two other counties. This country is by far the worst. The front desk receptionist Stephanie is very disrespectful, dismissive and, is only there to receive a check, it shows. I called to inform the office about a change in my record and, Stephanie had the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Interrupting me and exact words “will not help me”. Stephanie kept telling me to write to Ocala if I agree with her response. I red the reviews prior to registering and, a lot had mentioned Stephanie. How she still has a job there blows my mind. A Jodi reached out to me and I explained the situation and, how Stephanie handled the situation. She stated once you tell us something you must go through with it. I responded “if I had told you guys I MIGHT have had a dui in Virginia, Alaska, Tennessee I would have had to get a driving record from there”? Her response “Yes, that’s why you informed us”. Pasco county and Hillsborough never made me go through this much trouble as much as this business and location. I would rather move to another county just to be able to enroll in another dui school than this one. Unfortunately, I have to follow through with this location because I had already paid. This location is money hungry and, is there to make your life miserable as if we aren’t going through it already. Again, not my first rodeo I know you have the classes and EVERYONE will have counseling after. I can only imagine what service I’ll receive after posting this review. Just please avoid this business and location at all cost. Worst business ever!

I read all of the negative reviews before going here and I can honestly say I think there were some people that were simply confused and had not read what was clearly stated on their website.

I read all of the negative reviews before going here and I can honestly say I think there were some people that were simply confused and had not read what was clearly stated on their website.
I found the lady at the desk to be very respectful and actually quite nice.
With regards to the others, some people were just angry about getting pulled over and the court not ruling in their favor.
I can understand that, but they need to remember the old saying about giving respect if you expect respect.
This school didn't make you fail to maintain your lane position and she didn't pull you over, so please remember this is the south.
And in the south, we don't take kindly to rudeness.

I would give Zero stars if I could. If it wasn't for the government feeding this business, they would bankrupt. Worst runned Business I've ever dealt with.

Expensive, should be offered online for people with disabilities sitting in a long class setting is almost impossible with my back problems. It's the only court approved DUI class in Hernando county so no other options to choose from. I've heard a lot of bad things about this place recently my first time was not bad just too early in the morning and too long of classes! Wish they offered more dates. And be prepared 90% of students will be remanded to extra counseling through their approved list with the county court system at least 12 classes that you pay for based on income! It doesn't matter what you say you will get counseling because you were arrested with either alcohol or a substance even if it was your first time ever even drinking! The price is ridiculous as well and if you're even a minute late you will lose your money you paid up front weeks in advance and have to pay and attend the class all over again! And people in Hernando County had to take the class in Inverness which is crazy when they know none of us can drive and it's a huge inconvenience on our friends and family at 7am it's like they're being punished for our mistakes too!

This company should be investigated by the authorities. They claim they are only interested in helping their clients to get their driving rights restored, but I believe it is clear that this is a mone...
This company should be investigated by the authorities. They claim they are only interested in helping their clients to get their driving rights restored, but I believe it is clear that this is a money making scam if I’ve ever seen one. They give you a fixed timeframe to obtain the documentation needed - in this case my brothers driving record in all states he has lived in. This timeline is completely unreasonable (especially during a pandemic when most gov offices are either closed or running on reduced staff). We have made repeated attempts to obtain driving records from both NY and CA, to comply with their requirements. CA has told us that they no longer have driving records for him because it is outside of their retention period (he lived there for a year, 30 years ago!). This school will not acknowledge that we cannot get records from California and just keeps saying “those are the rules”. They will not allow us to proceed and is now requiring that he retake the dui class he has already completed AND pay all fees again because we failed to get a driving record that does not exist any longer. They actually called the police and tried (and failed) to have me trespassed after the receptionist abruptly ended our conversation and told me that she was going to call the police if I didn’t. I stayed calm and waited for them to arrive. The officers were sympathetic and understanding and I think they realized after hearing our story, that this company’s intentions were not focused on helping anyone. This company is a complete scam IMO. if you have to deal with them, good luck.
