I've been to Classic Traffic School before to get my CDL's. I came back for the 2nd time, to get an endorsement on my CDL's license. I called the school 1st to see all what I would have to do & how much I would have to pay. The receptionist explained the details which by the way she is amazing & very nice & was there with me every step of the way during this whole process. What happened to me was not her fault & she had no control over what the school supervisor Peterson did. I purchased a Hazmat Course threw this school 03/23/26 finished the course a couple days later. Had a scheduled knowledge test for 4/6/26 which is today. This school did not renew its Hazmat Course in time for me to do my testing or finger prints. I called them because I could not submit that I've completed my training because of that. So they explained to me they had to upload it manually in the system I said ok. I called the next day to confirm because I knew my test was in a couple of days they confirmed they uploaded everything & everything was complete on their end. So today on 04/6/26 I go to my appointment at the Tax Collector office & they inform me that nothing was showing in the system from the state that the school uploaded anything for me to complete my knowledge test & Finger prints. Mind you I took off work & double checked with the school just to be told I could not do the test today bc they still did not renew there course. My test was at 10:30am they renewed it at 12:40pm. So do you see the inconvenience they had me in because of their wrong doing. I texted the supervisor Peterson bc there is no way to speak to him directly & expressed I wanted a refund bc of their lack of ability to assure I could do do my Hazmat Course threw them. Of course he bypass that to inform me they fixed the problem after I already left the Tax Collector office & did not get a chance to test. He replies rescheduled with DMV I called Power Suite & everything is fixed, as if him & the school were not in the wrong & for me to just over look it. No this was not just a mistake this was something that could have been fixed & avoided if they did the correct steps in renewing the course they needed students to do for Hazmat threw their school but instead they took my money & put me threw all of this like they did nothing wrong & for me just act like everything is fine & reschedule at Tax Collector office. No its not right for them to be doing business like this & correcting the problem at the last minute. My advice to anyone looking for a school close by don't waste your time coming to this school. Very unprofessional in most aspects & the receptionist is stuck dealing with mess that she did not do bc its no way of contacting the supervisor other than text messaging, & he's never really at the school unless its students to do a driving course, so I did check & it is another school you can go to in Fort Myers other than them. I don't want anyone experiencing this same problem I had with them. It's alot cheaper to go straight to the Hazmat course online Power Suite then to go threw them & save money if I would I have known what I know now I wouldn't even have wasted my time. Read Less

It has been a unique experience in Classic Traffic school, a beautiful team, and wonderful teachers with unique patience and dedication.. adorably attention in the office. I recommend them 💯%..
