We got the $485 “Intermediate” package for my son who is going to school in Gainesville and doesn’t own a car. The main reason we decided to get this package is because it says that on the last class they will pick him up and they’ll take him to take the road test.To our surprise now they are telling us that he has to find his own transportation to go to their building. This is misleading information, please find a different place especially if you are not physically there.
He also had a horrible experience with the classes, the teacher always showed up late, wouldn’t text him and pretend that she did. An hour class turned into a 40 or 30 minute class and all she did was eat in the car. They tell you that he would have a chance to drive on the highway, that never happened. We work hard for the money and it’s not fair that they mislead you like that. If you still decide to go with them verify if your kid will get picked up to see what they say. Thanks

I'm very glad I took the intermediate course. My instructor Daniel was extremely patient, paying careful attention to my learning process and giving me timely feedback that helped me improve a lot. I was able to overcome that initial nervousness and tailor the course to learn and practice different maneuvers until I felt confident. Alex was equally patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking lessons with them!

Daniel is really awesome. He is very polite and patient. I think he developed a very fantastic teaching philosophy to make people confident in and interested in driving. I used to fail road tests because of my dangerous lane changing in the other state. I was really frustrated and freaked out when I had to do the lane changing on the road. It is really like a magic that after several lessons with Daniel that I overcame those fear and became confident in doing that. Alex is the instructor who gave me the test. He is also a nice and patient guy:) I strongly recommend this driving school.

Great service. I had lot of fun and the lessons were very helpful. Daniel is a great instructor, very professional and friendly. He made learning a fun experience. Alex took my road test, I passed and he is great too. Would definitely recommend this school to learn driving.

My driving instructor Alec was amazing. He helped me along each step of the way. I practiced the course I would be driving with him for the exam twice and when I tested for my license I got it on the first try! He was so patient and very knowledgeable about the test. Look out world there is a new driver on the road!

I did my lesson with Alex and he is very knowledge with driving. He is also very patient to let me practice the skill that I don't feel comfortable. I passed my test after 10 hours lesson with him. I would recommend him if you need driving lesson in Gainesville. The only drawback now is that his schedule is very full and you may need to have your appointment early.

*Update: Thanks to Alex's amazing lessons, my husband and I were able to take a very smooth road trip from Gainesville to St. Augustine on the same week I got my license. His advice was excellent.

This school is great if you have a busy work schedule like I do! The instructor, Alex, is very patient & helpful, as well as flexible when it came to scheduling sessions around my shifts. He helped me practice & get ready for the driving test & also kept my nerves from getting the best of me - I passed & (finally) got my license thanks to him!
Note: keep your phone with you so you don't miss the school's confirmation calls & texts, otherwise your appointments might be cancelled.

My driving instructor Alex was a pleasure to meet and to work with. He's very kind and patient. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. He'll repeat anything you find difficult as many times as you'd like- he'll even draw everything out for you on a whiteboard before you do it e.g. 3 point turning or parking.

Alex the driving instructor through the Gainesville Driving School is amazing!!!!! He is very informative, and very understanding of the students needs. He really takes his time to thoughly explain all procedures and even draws them if necessary to ensure that you completely understand. Rather than just speaking of the procedures, he actually explains them very thoroughly as well and incorprates a hands on learning experience for the student. He ensures that you continuously practice until you've mastered it!!
I greatly recommend this school and Alex if you need to pass your driving exam and need a really great school and instructor. I passed my EXAM on the first attempt under the school and with Alex.Thank You So Much Alex!!!! And Keep Up The Great Work!!!

We got the $485 “Intermediate” package for my son who is going to school in Gainesville and doesn’t own a car. The main reason we decided to get this package is because it says that on the last class they will pick him up and they’ll take him to take the road test.To our surprise now they are telling us that he has to find his own transportation to go to their building. I'm very glad I took the intermediate course. My instructor Daniel was extremely patient, paying careful attention to my learning process and giving me timely feedback that helped me improve a lot. I was able to overcome that initial nervousness and tailor the course to learn and practice different maneuvers until I felt confident. Alex was equally patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend taking lessons with them!

Daniel is really awesome. He is very polite and patient. I think he developed a very fantastic teaching philosophy to make people confident in and interested in driving. I used to fail road tests because of my dangerous lane changing in the other state. I was really frustrated and freaked out when I had to do the lane changing on the road. My driving instructor Alec was amazing. He helped me along each step of the way. I practiced the course I would be driving with him for the exam twice and when I tested for my license I got it on the first try! He was so patient and very knowledgeable about the test. Look out world there is a new driver on the road!

I did my lesson with Alex and he is very knowledge with driving. He is also very patient to let me practice the skill that I don't feel comfortable. I passed my test after 10 hours lesson with him. I would recommend him if you need driving lesson in Gainesville. The only drawback now is that his schedule is very full and you may need to have your appointment early.
