Entire experience with this place has been unbelievably rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. The woman working at the front desk for registration is a miserable human being who should never be allowed to work in any profession that requires her to SPEAK or interact with people at all. She is extremely unpleasant and makes an already difficult situation even more inconvenient and hard to resolve with no regard for how unprofessional she is. Ask five people a question and get ready for 5 different answers. On the phone I was told I needed a stack of information regarding my arrests for dui and the website said it CAN be obtained from the court, but because I know the level of misdirection associated with these processes I called and was told it MUST be official,and from the courthouse,not a copy derived from the courts online database,as is also an option the court provides for the information. If you are one minute late for any appointment or class you will be disqualified for that appointment or class and lose any money invested in it. Even if their clock is fast,which it is. They claim to be a non profit organization but the unbelievable amounts of money being payed for every step of every process they require makes that hard to believe. Most likely that is a lie and their non profit status is a ploy to not pay taxes as they siphon tons of money and deceive auditors. Would not surprise me one bit. As they are the only licensed organization of the sort in the state of Florida, they are they only game in town and have you by the balls,and they know it. Bad attitudes,zero leniency for any mistake made if it can result in more money for them, even if the result of the mistake was their own oversight and sloppy instructions from anyone involved. But when you end up in jail because of a violation of probation or some misstep you took in jumping through the hurdles it will always be “your responsibility” to avoid the absurdity of their processes or wrong information given to you by plant of their staff Not to mention their hours have changed 10 times during COVID and accessibility almost non existent. Which is detrimental to the process and conditions required of you to get your license back. The criminal justice system is a complete money scam and organizations like this show how little emphasis is put on service or accommodating the person who is obligated to comply, in any way. Actually seems like they make it as difficult as possible with the unfriendliest attitudes in the process.
