I cannot say enough great things about my trainer, Troy. From the very beginning of my training until the day I graduated, he was nothing short of amazing. His dedication, patience, and commitment to my success went far beyond what I ever expected.
Troy consistently went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood every maneuver and every part of the training. He never rushed through anything and always took the time to explain concepts in a way that made them easy to understand. If I struggled with something, he never gave up on me. Instead, he encouraged me, kept me focused, and made sure I had the confidence and knowledge I needed to succeed.
His training methods were outstanding. He has a true gift for teaching and knows exactly how to motivate and bring out the best in his students. He created an environment where I felt supported, challenged, and motivated to improve every single day. Because of his guidance, I became more confident in my abilities and believed in myself.
The company is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Troy on its team. He represents professionalism, excellence, and genuine care for the people he trains. It's rare to find someone who is so passionate about helping others succeed.
I truly cannot thank Troy enough. Words cannot express how grateful I am for everything he did for me. He believed in me, even during moments when I doubted myself, and that belief made all the difference. He is one of the reasons I graduated, and I will always be thankful for his patience, encouragement, and unwavering support.

My experience was amazing I learned alot about these trucks and feel really confident leaving here. The instructor are cool all full of their own personalities and real good people. They really care about you at this school and they will push you to be good driver. Nothing really bad more instructor would be nice. And I would have liked my own room but as far as the school I really enjoyed being here and would recommend this school to anybody trying to get there CDL Class A

I don’t know where to start!!! EVERYONE at Roadmaster was awesome from start to finish!! My advisor Ms. Cristen went above and beyond to get me started and always kept me encouraged!! Once started Mr. Joel in the office was very down to earth and always listened to my minor concerns of my overthinking with no complaints!! He was very welcoming and it always showed!! Starting off is PTI and Ms. Tracey rocked it!! Always willing to answer questions and lend a hand for practicing!! She makes sure you know what you’re doing!! Next is Maneuvers… Mr. Troy ALWAYS kept me motivated and let me learn how to fix my mistakes!! Once he saw you needed help he would step in!! Other than that figure it out because that’s what I needed to be great and that I WAS!! Mr. Troy was the best and I know that this is his passion!!! No student left behind with him because he breaks it down!! After that let’s hit the road driving with Mr. David!! He was very informative, didn’t mind answering questions, and gave thorough answers!! I was very comfortable learning to drive with him and his method of teaching definitely stuck with me!! I didn’t really have the chance of working with the other instructors Mr. RJ, Mr. Chris, or Mr. Virgil. That doesn’t change anything because they were phenomenal as well!! I was able to always get advice from them when it came to learning!! They never steered me wrong!! Always very welcoming and it showed everyday!! I took my State Exam today (06/02) and passed it on my 1st attempt!! It can be done as long as you put in the hard work and stay dedicated!! I was very determined and I’m glad my hard work paid off!! Thank you again to ALL of the staff that contributed to my learning!! I appreciate the support!!

My experience at Road Masters has been nothing short of amazing. I have to give a special shoutout to Troy, who is hands down one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. Troy goes above and beyond for his students every single day. He takes the time to make sure everyone understands the material, answers questions with patience, and genuinely cares about seeing his students succeed. His down-to-earth personality, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile make him an outstanding instructor and a huge asset to this school.
I also want to recognize instructors khris and Virgil. Both are phenomenal instructors who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive throughout the training process. They take the time to help students build confidence and develop the skills needed to be successful on the road.
A big thank you as well to Joel, the Assistant Manager. Joel is always willing to go the extra mile for students and provide guidance whenever needed. However, you have to be willing to put in the work yourself. If you’re serious about your goals and willing to apply yourself, the staff at Road Masters will do everything they can to help you succeed.
I highly recommend Road Masters to anyone looking to start a career in trucking. The support, instruction, and commitment to student success are truly top-notch.

Worst thong I ever invested in had my cdl do 7 years prior drive local to go over the road had to go through a school didn't realize I could get a grant went through a loan on 6500$ I paid 1000$ and they didn't even get me a job till over a month later with swift what a experience that was they don't give you no experience behind the wheel! Beware 7 years later I still shake my head its a cattle house!

When considering where to get the experience of becoming a truck driver look no further than Roadmasters Driving School!! The instructors here know how to get the most out of you, learning how to shift 10 gears and handle 18 wheels is no easy task, but here you will learn how to in just 3 to 4 short weeks!!! Thanks to everyone in Jacksonville for their support and helping me get started with my new career!!! I am now a Werner driver and proud to drive for the BIG BLUE!!!!

It was not easy and dedication along with the awesome teachers and trainers like Mrs. Kris Green, Mr. Kelvin, Mr. Robert, Mr. Brian, Mr. Willie, Mr. James, Mr. James R., Mr. Joseph, Mr. Anthony, Mr. Melvin, Mr. Chris, office personnel Mrs. Carla, Mrs.Jodie, Mrs. Anna and Mrs. Lydia, along with my other dedicated classmates it would not have been possible. My experience was wonderful and very hands-on. I received the best instruction from ALL staff members, from the desks of placement, instructors on the pad, to the driver instructors on the road. I left Roadmaster and have quickly started my career, and have a very high level of confidence, thanks to my training. I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunities this new CDL gives me, thanks to this school. #TeamJax

Remember why you are there... I think there are many things they should reconsider... They are dealing with so much money there, I think students deserve better comfort. And the Main Manager (Steve) and the assistant (Green) should be more nice with students.... They are kind of mean but there are some great instructors and examiners there. Better restroom and better drinking water guys. We pay too much ($10647 + $2000= $12647 per student) Let's be serious guys.. You need to organise better the training on the pad. No respect...

Way too expensive (5 grand)...students were fighting for chances to drive; a few trucks for loads of students. Their job ""placement"" is just for their benefit...they have agreements with the companies that send them students to get a cut of the money...i.e. a finders fee for the students. I was so frustrated about the poor quality instruction I applied on my own bypassing the job placement program so they wouldnt get MORE money off of me. They called and called and called wondering who I worked for so they could get their money. Go there if you want to be very very frustrated...

I cannot say enough great things about my trainer, Troy. From the very beginning of my training until the day I graduated, he was nothing short of amazing. His dedication, patience, and commitment to my success went far beyond what I ever expected.
