Their basic driver improvement course was super easy to take. I was able to take it at night after work before I went to bed over a 3 day period and I passed easily when I woke up in the morning, my completion certificate was already in my email on top of that, their website was super easy to use.. Wise Traffic School offers a painfully dry and disorganized 4 hour BDI course. The narration of the videos is terribly sloppy, with the narrator often tripping over his words and struggling to pronounce words. Numerous times I had to rewind the video to try to understand what he was saying as he mumbled unintelligible words. Occasionally, after 7 to 10 attempts to rewind, I just gave up trying to understand the word(s) the narrator was trying to convey. Throughout the video, your progress will be interrupted by random "security" questions that pop up on your screen and distract you from learning the course material. Over the course of 12 videos, there were maybe 15 pop up questions. If you don't answer them correctly in a timely manner, you get logged out of the site, and must sign back in. A truly frustrating feature. Often the narrator is rambling on about things that don't have anything to do with the material you're trying to read on the screen. Such that your own teacher is distracting you from learning and absorbing the material. It's incredibly evident that the narrator is reading off a computer screen, while struggling to get through the boring material himself. The video will present to you what appear to be "notes" that someone hastily jotted down. These "notes" try to pass as useful curriculum. But if you've ever tried to understand someone else's notes, then you know it's tedious to translate someone's shortened abbreviations. I often sat there confused by what the abbreviated notes were trying to convey. Ultimately I did pass the course on the first try with 40/40 questions correct, but it wasn't without painfully being dragged through the narrator's inept campaign of ADHD and disorganization. Pricing is about median for other 4 hour BDI courses. It won't break your pocket. But it's also not worth what you'll pay for it either. Lastly, upon completing the course, I received an email of confirmation that asked me to log back onto the website to print my certificate. But the web page doesn't offer a PDF download. And the initial email you receive didn't have a PDF file either. I ended up having to take a screenshot of the web page and print it as a photo at Walgreens because the web page doesn't allow for printing. Much to my annoyance, several hours later I found the PDF file in my junk folder. An overall tedious and frustrating experience. I will almost certainly use a different service if I have to take a course of this nature again. Read Less
