horrible experience. i paid for expedited processing (1 business day) of my certificate and i input the exact date i needed it by. by the deadline my certificate was not delivered via email and my money was wasted. now i don't even know if the court is going to add points to my license or not, thanks to the lack of due diligence and haste of this company. i tried contacting by phone and email due to the urgency of the situation and not a single response was given. what i don't understand is why you're not generated a pdf certificate immediately upon completion, and why this is something you have to wait ages for via email. it just feels like a scam and disrespects people's time and deadlines. do not use this place, especially if you have a deadline approaching soon. There were so many online traffic schools to choose from and I'm happy I chose Gold Traffic school. First of all, the price is great + certificate cost. I love the fact of being able to leave my computer at anytime and come back hours later or next day and pick up right where I left off! So convenient!! Easy to navigate, no confusion at all on what to do next. I hated getting a speeding ticket but it was good to refresh my brain on Rules of the Road. Thanks Gold Traffic School! You get an A++!!
