if i could give 0 stars i would, decided to go to this place because of the great reviews i saw and decided to give it a shot. my driving instructor i think her name was ariel, terrible. for some reason she instructed me to do something during the road test even thought i could’ve waited and she kept pushing me to do it, even though one of her coworkers had told me while i was still at the office before that i could wait and not rush it. then as soon as we were done she told me i had failed for that same reason??? she was very mean and unprofessional, so basically i wasted my money. kinda wish they gave me another instructor that knows how to do their job. They were mostly on their phones, not explaining me well enough to do such things at all. Went to them like 6 classes and telling no you still need to improve and they wouldn’t even teach me. Went to another driving school and they taught me everything in 2 classes paid the same price Read Less

It really worked for me. I did the 2 hours training in the morning, at noon the instructor showed me how would the test be, in the same area you'd do it, and in the afternoon I did my test and passed at once, no mistake (and I had no previous experience). The instructor is very friendly (the son was mine). He not only prepares you for the test, but also for important situations you'll confront in real live that might save you from an accident. I tried calling their number multiple times and to my surprise no one speaks English. Doesn't even try to accommodate you and just hangs up the phone. But if you read their website and services it's says they are bilingual. So much for false website ad.Read Less

I took the practice test and later the actual driving exam with them. The lady at the desk was very sweet and informative. However, the older Cuban man who took me on the practice test was extremely rude. He asked me a question in Spanish using words that I had never heard of. I asked him to repeat it and define the words and he seemed very bothered by it. He gave me a hard time and he wasn't even explaining the question correctly. When I answered the question, he kept acting like what I was saying was wrong when in fact later he confirmed that it was correct. He offended me numerous times and made the whole experience uncomfortable and nerve wrecking, so in turn my driving wasn't too good. Instead of talking to me calmly and kindly, he was rash and disrespectful. I'm not going to mention what he said exactly on here but I am planning on calling their office and complaining. Thankfully, when I went ahead and took the driving test, the woman who drove with me was VERY kind and calm. She barely even made me nervous and I passed the exam easily. Please don't have someone like that man working for you... Someone like him is bad for your business when all he did was I took the practice test and later the actual driving exam with them.
