Called for the first time just to get some basic information. There was a lot of noise on the line, so I couldn’t understand what was being said in Spanish. I politely asked if she spoke English… and ...
Called for the first time just to get some basic information. There was a lot of noise on the line, so I couldn’t understand what was being said in Spanish. I politely asked if she spoke English… and somehow that turned into her getting offended, yelling, and talking nonsense.
From other reviews, it looks like this might be part of the “standard experience.”
All of this in about 15 seconds. Very efficient, I guess.
