I am a NYS resident who took the insurance & point reduction course online on 2/4/2026, and I still don’t have my certificate to provide to my insurance company. I’ve called this company multiple times, was only able to talk to a live person the 1st two times. The last two times I’ve called I’ve had to leave a message requesting a call back, the first time I did that was a week ago today. I also emailed that day as well and have received no communication back. This is extremely poor customer service. A warning to anyone else considering this company for the insurance reduction course that I think they seem to be a scam. Very frustrating experience!! Read Less

Great course overall. Easy to use and great price. There are like 25 other schools you can choose from but this is the best choice. No need to go with another school. My son was taking this and we were asked to repay $34 after he was kicked out. This is a money making scam company. I am very dissatisfied with the company and how they chose the supervisors handled this. I was then told that a $10 discount could be offered. Read Less

worst site ever. Timer kept resetting. I had to take their stupid overpriced crap course three times because the timer kept resetting every time it got near zero. Save your money and go elsewhere. And to make matters worse, it was on A Sunday, no chat option for resolution and the email listed in the troubleshoot FAQ did not work. Read Less

I enrolled my 18 year old son for 6 hours of behind the wheel training and the DMV test. I was very impressed from the first phone call. The customer service is as good and the driving training. Because we were stationed in Germany, during, what most would consider, his early driving years, he had little to no driving experience. It did not help matters that we were not there with him. So, I enrolled him, and needless to say, upon completion, he went on to get his driver’s license. He scored a 100%... He's happy, I'm happy, but more than anything, I am more confident with his driving skills. I recommend American Safety Institute in Tallahassee, FL. As I answered the questions, which were actually very interesting, I learned a lot about myself and the choices I make now and in the future. Due to a speeding ticket, I had a choice to take a 4 hour approved driving course. I chose the American Safety Institute and while taking their test, I felt like I was relearning so many important rules and regulations. As a new Florida resident, there were a lot of rules that I was not aware of that I learned through this institute's test.
