Terrible customer service; they never answer the phone. I call and call, and they never pick up. Not to mention that I paid a traffic ticket I received in Hillsborough County at this office, and it seems they didn't file the payment and suspended my license plates. It's completely unfair, and the service at this office leaves much to be desired. I'm calling the number listed above to resolve my issue, and no one ever answers the phone; the wait is endless.
