Given the volume of positive reviews for this school, I expected a structured and professional learning experience. What my wife received was not consistent with that standard. She prepaid for three lessons. Across the first two, very little substantive instruction was provided. The majority of the material was deferred until the final session, where it was rushed through all at once. That is not an effective way to teach a new driver. The larger concern was the instructor’s approach. The instructor, Luis, spoke to my wife in a way that felt more like scolding than instruction. When she didn’t immediately understand something, he would repeatedly ask, “Do you understand?” in a raised, urgent tone. When she made mistakes, he told her, “Your problem is that you don’t listen!”—which is not constructive teaching. During a follow-up call, Luis acknowledged that he raised his voice, but described it as a “command voice.” Regardless of how it is labeled, that approach created a pressured and discouraging learning environment for a new driver. A three-point turn was demonstrated once, with the expectation that she would immediately perform it. When she struggled, instead of reinforcing the skill within the lesson she had already paid for, the conversation shifted toward purchasing additional lessons. She came home visibly upset after the session. That should not be the outcome of a paid instructional environment. We contacted the school to resolve this directly. The only solution offered was a discounted additional lesson—effectively asking us to spend more money rather than addressing the quality of what was already provided. Given the number of positive reviews, I hope this is not representative of the broader standard. But it was our experience, and it’s worth being aware of. Update: After raising these concerns directly with management, I was told the director would contact me by Friday. No follow-up occurred. When I called back the following week, I was informed that the director no longer intended to contact me because this review had been posted. I had a great experience with this driving school! My trainer was so effective in teaching me the tricks of the road so I could get my license on the first try! on the driving test day, everything was taken care off so I was comfortable and calm! Great school! Very organized, nice people working there. They always called me day before my scheduled driving lesson, to remind me that lesson is tomorrow- which was great! My teacher was also great! I passed the driving license test without problems! I highly recommend them!Read Less

48 hour prior notice for cancellation is absurd. I still have 1.5 day left for prior notice. They were closed on the weekends and I did not call, but the response I got from the person who answered the phone today was that, they have answering machine, so I should have called and left a voice message, and hence I cannot cancel a class. Absolutely Amazing driving school i can't imagine going anywhere else. I started off having never driven a day in my life and ended up being more comfortable around the wheel and more confident on the road. And to top it off i got my license!! I was flying in from outside of the United States and needed to take a mandatory in person 8 hour aggressive driving course. After looking around for a long time for a school that would be legit, I found Affordable Driving Traffic School! They are professional, honest, straight forward and friendly. In almost no time, and in an atmosphere that was very enjoyable and comfortable, I got my certificate of "course completion" and was able to go to the Clerk of the Court and get my drivers licence reinstated! I highly recommend going through Affordable Driving Traffic School for all of your traffic needs that they provide, as I am sure that they will not let you down.
