I took my road test on June 25th. I went to the DMV on July 8th. The DMV was unable to locate my road test, which was fine in the moment because I had to get other documents. I called Metro to make sure the DMV would have the road test, they said it would be sent electronically. I went back to the DMV now a month later, July 21st, they were still unable to locate it. On top of that the girl next to me, who took their road test at the same place, her permit ID was mistyped. I asked if I have can have a paper copy, and or the test ID, Metro refused. I’m a 17 year old, whose parents are not around. I got this road test as a gift. I’m trying to get my life on track and this is utterly ridiculous.

Andrés is the best! He was incredibly patient, clear, and supportive throughout my driving lessons. He creates a calm, comfortable learning environment and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I’ve gained so much confidence on the road thanks to his guidance. Highly recommend him to anyone starting out!

Avoid this place at all cost … rude staff .. don’t want to help but quick to charge!!!

Avoid this place at all cost … rude staff .. don’t want to help but quick to charge!!!
Pay for courses (website was not working). Finally got to go to place for testing .. person at the desk was extremely rude and raising her voice at me .. couple of time (don’t know how to talk to people ) and treating en to denied service .. did not wanted to help but they charge me plus no refund …
Please to everyone that read this … avoid it .. will save you money, time and a bad experience .. I drove 45 min for this … 1 start because I can’t chose 0 start

I took my road test on June 25th. I went to the DMV on July 8th. The DMV was unable to locate my road test, which was fine in the moment because I had to get other documents. I called Metro to make sure the DMV would have the road test, they said it would be sent electronically. I went back to the DMV now a month later, July 21st, they were still unable to locate it.
