If I could give zero stars, I would. Don't believe a word of anything anyone says out of this agency. They are not there to help you or guide you through the process.They are only there to collect another paycheck from you.And to send you off to treatment.So they can collect more money from you.Regardless, if you need it or not. The people in the office were extremely rude. The class instructor clearly has an issue with entitlement and anyone who challenges her authority. Do not ask questions you will be shut down and told you're a criminal so they dont have to answer. Also, for any reason, you do have to take this course.You do not have to participate during the class.Although the instructor will tell u. Participation in the class has nothing to do with completion of the class, or whether they will recommend more treatment or not. Everybody gets more treatment. I would recommend finding somewhere else to give your money to. At the very least, these people could at least be nice since all they do is collect money. Also, if you like cockroaches, there are plenty of them in this place.You can play connect the dots in your ten minute break.

Apparently if you drink alcohol at all, you need consoling. Doesn't matter if you rarely drink. They WILL recommend you for consoling. They 100% receive kickbacks from the consoling centers for recomm...

They 100% receive kickbacks from the consoling centers for recommending people to them.I can't stress this enough, DO NOT ATTEND this place for your DUI school. I wish I read the reviews before attending this place. Absolutely corrupt. They should be under investigation for unethical practices

Look, dealing with a DUI isn't fun. Having to go to a place like this isn't a goal on anyone's list. However, if you're in that position - you'll want to go to Pride. They know what you need to do, they'll tell you what you need to do, and they'll help you do it. In my case, I had forgotten to submit a final document, after I had been reinstated and had moved on with my life. Joan contacted me, and we took care of it immediately. Had she not, I would never have known until my license was re-suspended. It would have been a huge inconvenience to say the least. If you get a DUI, you need to deal with it completely and correctly so you can move on. The folks at Pride will help you do that.

Look, dealing with a DUI isn't fun. Having to go to a place like this isn't a goal on anyone's list. However, if you're in that position - you'll want to go to Pride. They know what you need to do, they'll tell you what you need to do, and they'll help you do it. Outstanding personnel, and this is an organization that truly provides the best approach to addressing behavior changes to prevent potential accidents.

This place takes full advantage of the state sanctioned extortion of those charged with dui. They will use ANY excuse to funnel you to more extortionary "treatment"; yes even for moderate or ocasional...
This place takes full advantage of the state sanctioned extortion of those charged with dui. They will use ANY excuse to funnel you to more extortionary "treatment"; yes even for moderate or ocasional drinkers; they will rob you just the same. You'd be better off just lying and claiming you never drank before. The excuse the have was i said maybe 10 or 11 years ago i may have had too much to drink before driving....that's enough to get them undoubtedly kickbacks from the "treatment" providers they will send you to. You have NOTHING to gain by being honest with these people; they are corrupt to the core and they themselves drunk on corrupt money.

This place is corrupt and running a scam. If you have a refusal on your record or have ever had a hangover in your life they will demand treatment. Also the evaluators lie on their reports to justify ...
