Amazing experience. Was sent by my employer to obtain a cdl and this place sets you up for success. Between all of the instructors you can learn a lot and accomplish your goal of obtaining cdl. Would recommend to anyone in same position or anyone wanting to drive. Can not say enough good things about all instructors. I just finished my four weeks at FleetForce, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I shopped around and researched several CDL schools, but FleetForce stood out because of their excellent reviews and outstanding communication. Now I know exactly why. Week one started in the classroom with Howard. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a way of explaining everything so it actually makes sense. His teaching gave me a solid foundation and helped build my confidence from day one. For most of our yard driving, we were paired with Matt, and all I can say is he's a trucking wizard! He stayed calm, patient, and explained every maneuver so clearly that even a chimpanzee could understand it. Kudos, Matt—you made backing and maneuvering much less intimidating. I also want to recognize Keri, Robert, Bo, Eddie, and Charlie. Each instructor brought their own unique teaching style, and every one of them contributed something valuable to my learning experience. Their patience, knowledge, and dedication made a huge difference. Choosing FleetForce was one of the best decisions I've made. My first week at the school was very confusing information the first three days in the classroom, Mr. Howard is an awesome teacher, but the information was too much at the beginning, it didn't make snice to me, until my half of second week of being train by Matt Null, he explains it so well, with willingness for you to get it your first try, of the truck maneuvers, his calmness never change, no matter how many times I mess up, he re-explain the maneuver and I did it right, most the times I over though it, and I mess it up. Then I just started hearing his voice in my head, and I pass my road test with flying colors, Thanks Matt again for all of your help. Now Fleet force the way you had us out there in the hot sun, with broken chairs and tents, really. You had 4 groups outside with only two good tents, and broken chairs. Y'all didn't even have cool water for us to drink, out of a clean water faucet. One restroom for everyone to use, the first week of class was un-needed, didn't help with learning, for what I paid for. Pre-trip should have been taught outside, to get the understanding of what Mr. Howard was talking about and started the second days of the first week outside, cause without pre-trip passing first, there's no way passing to the road test, which mean fail test. It was 4 people in my group, and we help each other's until we got with Matt, we didn't understand it until he started training us. And I thank you for having him, two trainers left while we were there. And one gave his two weeks noticed. One group had to merge with us for a day as we did another group for a day, cause of no staff. Which here or there, get it together with your way of training better, make the outside comfortable in the heat, no you can't change the weather, but you can buy bigger outside tents and chairs.
