My wife paid for a class at 9:00 AM here so that I could attend, but unfortunately there was unexpected traffic on my route and I got there late at 9:17 AM. I figured I would need to reschedule, but I decided to go in and try to explain what happened. Upon entering, the host proceeded to mouth off to me in front of a bunch of people and cut me off when I tried to speak, not allowing me to explain myself at all. After he was done giving attitude, he told me to leave and that I had to reschedule...........I listened silently, and said "ok, ill reschedule" and left. The gentleman called me back later to help me reschedule but I said I'd just like a refund and that I would go somewhere else. He said he "already submitted my info to the GA DDS so refunds aren't allowed due to compliance" but it seems he wasn't aware that when my wife paid for the course online, nowhere did the website prompt us to provide any "personal info" except for my wife's email (not mine) which was used for billing. I didn't mention that there's no way he could "submit my info" since he didn't have it yet......instead I just asked for more clarification on why they don't do refunds. He seemed to get uncomfortable when I pressed the topic and said he didn't want any trouble, so he sent me the refund. What a surprise! I thought that wouldn't work "due to compliance". Interesting. I hung up the call. I was wrong for being late, so that's no problem.....but I would think there would be some level of professionalism here, not an angry person looking to attack my character for traffic that was out of my control, and then try to fudge on a refund policy that isn't listed on their website. At least he gave me my money back....but apparently I was an exception and normally refunds aren't allowed. Felt like a scam. Horrible customer service, I'd recommend going somewhere else for your driving course. Read Less

I took the defensive driving course today and the classroom setting was great. Mr Barron is a great teacher, there was never a dull moment. His style of teaching was great being that we had to do a 6 hour course. All the guys in class gave their opinions and feedback. I hope to never have to do a class of such again as it pretains to my license BUT if I do, I will come back here. Read Less
