We are so grateful for the help these wonderful people gave us and for their commitment to the veterans and disabled people. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy for us. We purchased a conversion Van, a very nice Lift, and even one of the new Jazzy electric wheelchairs. All of the employees and the owners treated us very well. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Thank you ALL for caring.

I had a small accident with our van and couldn’t open the accessible door or deploy the ramp. We called when they opened one morning and explained the issue. They told us to bring it right in (we live in Columbia SC). We got up there, dropped it off, went to brunch, came back and our van was fixed. From the time we called until we were back home was about 5 hours. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. It was worth the drive to have this kind of customer service and speedy repair.

ADS is the best. The whole team is amazing. I just purchased my second vehicle from Darry, which by the way, I have known for the past 30 years. Melodie, the sales representative is very knowledgeable and organized as is the entire team. Throughout all this years they have met all my expectations. If I need an answer about anything, I just calle and they are always ready to help.

I'd imagine you would get excellent service if you were purchasing a new vehicle out of pocket. However, a veteran doing the best they can with a less than pristine vehicle getting a lift and power wheelchair seems to not warrant as much consideration and forethought.
