I had a great experience with the 20-hour DUI and Risk Reduction Program at Pathways Connections. Ms. Caldwell was an amazing instructor—she was knowledgeable, supportive, and made the classes engaging and meaningful. I actively participated throughout the program, and it gave me the opportunity to reflect on my choices. As a result, I made the decision to stop drinking alcohol altogether. I’m grateful for what I learned and would highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a positive and impactful experience.

Ms. Angela Caldwell made defensive driving class something I actually looked forward to. She was always attentive and made sure everyone understood what was being taught, but what I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She was easy to talk to and created an environment where it felt like you could have a conversation with her about anything.
She didn't make the class feel boring or stressful. Instead, she made it enjoyable by connecting with her students and sharing real conversations that kept everyone engaged. I always felt comfortable asking questions because she was patient, understanding, and willing to listen.
What stands out most to me is how she treated everyone with kindness and respect. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a student, not just another person sitting in the classroom. Her personality, positivity, and ability to connect with people made a lasting impression on me. I'm thankful I had Ms. Caldwell as my instructor, and she made learning defensive driving a much better experience than I ever expected.

I recently completed the course at Pathway Connections DUI & Risk Reduction School and had a great experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job keeping the class engaging from start to finish. What could have been a long and tedious course was actually informative and easy to follow because of the way the material was presented. The staff was welcoming, the process was straightforward, and the overall environment was positive and respectful. I would highly recommend this school to anyone needing DUI/Risk Reduction or Defensive Driving classes in the Augusta area. Thank you for making the experience a positive one.

I had a great experience in the risk reduction class. The class was handled very well from start to finish, and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful toward everyone. They made sure each person felt comfortable and treated everyone fairly, which created a positive learning environment.
I also appreciated the opportunity to meet and learn alongside a lot of great individuals. Hearing different perspectives and experiences made the class even more meaningful. The business itself was very organized and well put together, which made the entire process smooth and efficient.
Overall, I learned a lot and walked away with valuable insight. I would definitely recommend this class to friends and family.

Pathway connections is an awesome place. The instructor Crystal kept my son attention and even after the class he was still telling us about new laws and things we should and shouldn’t do. Crystal is very understanding, friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend Pathway Connections!!!!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I can't say enough about the staff there. Particularly, Ms Gowdy. Being in a situation where you have no choice but to take one of the classes offered, you'd hope your experience is least stressful and non judgemental as possible. And that's exactly what you get here. They treat you like a person, a person that made a mistake, not some criminal of some sort. They only charge what the state mandates, no hidden fees. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else. They are very professional, and yet, humbling. Awesome people.

Crystal has got to be the rudest person I have ever talked to over phone from a business perspective. Don’t see how this woman still has a job, making unnecessary calls back to customers just to be rude and act out. Then went and block my number, this place is a joke lol.

Pathway Connections is the only defensive driving and risk reduction school in the CSRA that truly embodies its name...to help people connect the gaps in their lives in building pathways to a better future. I needed to take the class last year and learned that there were several schools to choose from. After calling three of the schools and still being undecided, I decided to give Pathway a call. After I started speaking with Crystal, the owner, her genuine spirit, non-judgmental attitude, customer service and willingness to help caused me to realize that I could stop looking. Regardless of what a person's history is as to why they are there, everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and they are given the tools and motivation to succeed, not just behind the wheel of a car, but in life. Any school can dispense information. Only a select few can teach, motivate, encourage, and upbuild. Pathway Connections IS that school.

My experience at Pathway Connections was a true testament to the name that it carries. It helps individuals like me recconect with the paths that lead to a better future. The principles that were presented by the well qualified staff were ideals to help an individual not only succeed in driving again, but also succeed in life. Affordable shuttle services set this company apart from the pretenders. Its will be clear to anyone that registers for these classes that for this company...making money is not the goal. I had a great experience with the 20-hour DUI and Risk Reduction Program at Pathways Connections. Ms. Caldwell was an amazing instructor—she was knowledgeable, supportive, and made the classes engaging and meaningful. I actively participated throughout the program, and it gave me the opportunity to reflect on my choices. As a result, I made the decision to stop drinking alcohol altogether. Ms. Angela Caldwell made defensive driving class something I actually looked forward to. She was always attentive and made sure everyone understood what was being taught, but what I appreciated most was how genuine she was. She was easy to talk to and created an environment where it felt like you could have a conversation with her about anything.

I recently completed the course at Pathway Connections DUI & Risk Reduction School and had a great experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job keeping the class engaging from start to finish. What could have been a long and tedious course was actually informative and easy to follow because of the way the material was presented. The staff was welcoming, the process was straightforward, and the overall environment was positive and respectful. I had a great experience in the risk reduction class. The class was handled very well from start to finish, and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful toward everyone. They made sure each person felt comfortable and treated everyone fairly, which created a positive learning environment.

Pathway connections is an awesome place. The instructor Crystal kept my son attention and even after the class he was still telling us about new laws and things we should and shouldn’t do. Crystal is very understanding, friendly and outgoing. I highly recommend Pathway Connections!!!!!!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I can't say enough about the staff there. Particularly, Ms Gowdy. Being in a situation where you have no choice but to take one of the classes offered, you'd hope your experience is least stressful and non judgemental as possible. And that's exactly what you get here. They treat you like a person, a person that made a mistake, not some criminal of some sort. They only charge what the state mandates, no hidden fees.
