It is a 3 day class. 20 hours in total. I had gone through the first 2 days down to a “T” the way they had specified. I would be following along thoroughly, filling out the book, and participating above and beyond. I got up and helped the instructor when she couldn’t get her video to play due to technical difficulties in the class, so we could proceed with the Sunday program. There was a miscommunication on the timeframe to break for lunch on my end, on the 3rd and final day, with 4 hours remaining, and the 3rd and final section nearly complete, I had left for lunch (in the timeframe normally allowed) instead of a break. Instead of 1-2PM, I had confused it with 12-1PM. I had simply walked up the street to get a quick bite, and to come back with what I thought would be enough time. I go back into the room, and my belongings had been placed at the front door, and I was asked to leave, which I calmly and rationally obliged. She stated that she would tell them about what happened and that I could possibly make up the remaining last section. The following day I called to confirm the conversation stated, and to reschedule. They told me I would need to take the ENTIRE course AGAIN, and pay an ADDITIONAL $250… on missing 30 minutes of information that I could have made back up while everyone else was on their lunch break. Mind you, we wouldn’t have even been running on time had someone not helped them get the issue resolved. Unacceptable! Would Not Recommend. Read Less
