To whom it May concern, During today's session at 11:33 a.m.-12:50 p.m., Mr. Myron Griffin arrived and I entered the vehicle. As I was about to reverse out of the subdivision where I lived, I forgot that when turning the wheel, the left and right motion of the wheel is inverted. For example, turning the wheel to the left means the wheel turns right. As I attempted to do so twice and failed, This statement was made. "Kinch You're smarter than this". This comment made me feel a bit anxious and frustrated. It was extremely offensive and disrespectful. I asked him a simple question: "Should I turn left?". Mr. Griffin replies with "I'll let you decide that Kinch". Towards the end of the session, I missed a left turn which proceeded to my house. I acknowledged that I missed the turn. After a few moments of silence, my instructor says "You're smarter than what you're showing me right now". Then there was more silence. My instructor then says "The way we're headed, we'll end up in kennesaw!". "You have to think. The other drivers don't know your intentions. You have to let them know by turning on the signals. You have to make a U-turn." He retorted. By this time, I was a little annoyed by how condescending his tone was. It seemed as though Mr. Griffin assumed I was incompetent or an idiot. What Mr. Griffin doesn't realize that I was diagnosed with ADHD thus making me neurodivergent and I learn much differently than a neurotypical person.
