On Saturday morning (October 25) I witnessed a black male driver driving erratically up Rockbridge Road. He drove in the median to pass traffic and put on a left signal but did not turn. He also ran a yellow light and turn right which was located marked No Turn. It was interesting to see this is a driver's school and what appears to be an instructor violated many numerous traffic violations.
